    agree with sally
your strength training will increase insulin mediated glucose uptake and GLUT4 content so insulin will work much more efficient than normal. this causes your hypo feeling (drop in blood sugar). its just your body being very good at clearing glucose!
my body only reacts this way when i did not have any intra workout carbs!

i usually go for 2-3 lbs a week so 20 lbs sounds fine to me. i always liked the aggressive cut approach (for 4-6 weeks followed by 2 refeed week with higher calories where i usually will regain 2-3 lbs to keep my metabolic rate high, than i repeat it if necessary). when you start to get below 10% bf you need to be more careful with your deficit to protect your muscles and strength.

my question would be, are you recovering from your session (muscles and/or cns)? are you getting stronger? if your answer is yes, than i don’t think that you are doing too much. your setup looks reasonable to me. i would say, if you are eating right and sleeping enough it should be managable for you to recover 🙂

it actually does! set your alarm 1 or 2 hours earlier, get up, take your thyroid medication and go to sleep again or take it at night when you go to the toilet. thats how i would do it.

anavar or tbol are probably the least toxic ones but usually i would stay away from oral use in the offseason (esp. as a beginner)

yes and no, it depends on the compound, if the androgen ratio is higher than the one of test, than technically yes, they would compete for the androgen receptor BUT you have way more androgen receptors than just for 100mg of test so no worries. the whole competing for receptors thing is only important if all or your receptors are already taken and if you use larger amounts of gear. the strongest androgen will attach to the receptor first, leaving the weaker compound floating around in your blood stream (causing side effects). when people start their first cycle, they usually start with 400-500mg of test and one of the reasons for this is the limited amount of receptors. if you use anabolics frequently for a longer period of time your receptors will up-regulate. thats why an experienced user will be able to getmor out of (for example) 1g of test and will get less side effects than a beginner.

July 11, 2017 at 7:31 am in reply to: insulin on its own

sure it does 🙂 , insulin is anti-catabolic. if you take gh with it you will get a synergistigc effect but it also works on its own. i know a few people who used insulin after doing pct and it seems to work quite well in terms of preserving muscle mass.

SR9009 is a really interesting compound and its def. useful as a performance enhancing drugs. sadly there are only a hand full of studies out there. in terms of doping control, they are already working on a method to test for it.
