    400-500mg of test will give you great results. i would not use more than that. maybe start at 400 and work your way up to 500.

    if you are prone to prolactin side effects, i would wait about 2 or 4 weeks since deca will still be in your system for quite some time.

    absolutely agree with bill. something like 500-600mg test with 300-400mg deca while being in a calorie surplus should bring really good results in terms of strength and size.

    since i have never used a premade one and im not living in the uk, i don’t know whats available for you. i just want you to know that obtaining ephedrine is a bit problematic because its a class 1 precursor.
    you obviously cannot buy it legally and possession without the proper documentation is illegal as well so everything that we have discussed or will be discussing here is just hypothetical!
    i would take bp every couple of days. just keep an eye on it. if its higher than ~130, i would take it ed. if the tren puts your bp at the higher end of the spectrum (130-140), than taking an eca stack on top is def. not advisable.

    using different hand positions is def. the easiest way to “change” an exercise.
    you can also vary the exercise by changing the strength curve with bands or chains.

    sounds good.
    next time, when you get gyno symptoms (at <250mg test/week), maybe use nolva instead of adex. this way you will prevent the e2 from binding to the receptor but you will still get all the benefits of having healthy estrogen levels. nolva will also potentially lower your progesterone to a certain degree.

    there are a few things you could try:
    #1 increasing the test (like you have already mentioned)
    #2 increase the injection frequency to ed
    #3 add a dopamine agonist (preferably caber)

    if any of these things will help with lethargy:
    #1 since your goal seems to be fatloss anyway, you could think about adding an eca stack upon waking to boost your energy level
    (only if your blood pressure allows you to).
    #2 cut out the tren

    do you use any dopamine agonists with your tren (caber/prami/bromo/…)?
    what about your source? are you sure that your tren is actually tren?
    i would take 0,5mg of adex e3d tops! you need a healthy level of estrogen for a lot of different tasks in your body (sexdrive, lipids, muscle gain,…)
