are your off day calories still only at 2800? if yes, than i would increase them by 600-700 cal and see how you react to it.

Yes, taurine should be used with clen at ~3-5g daily because clen depletes taurine levels in the liver which can stops the conversion of T4 to T3 (in the liver).

hehe there are no stupid questions 🙂
the first question would be how does your starting point look like. if you are quite lean, gaining 40lbs will be a good goal. if you are >12% bf than cutting down first (to ~8-10% bf) would probably be a good idea.when you are ready to start your offseason, find your maintnence calories first and set your macros. than add maybe 200-300 cal and check your weigth every week.
you want to add around 0.5-1 lbs / week if you are natural. if you are enhanced, your weight will go up faster anyway (maybe 1-1.5 lbs / week). if your weight starts to stall, add in another 200 cal and repeat the process until you have reached your preak weight. if you don’t get too fat( i would stop at 15% bf) than there is no real time limit for how long you can keep pushing up in weight. when you reach the point where more food just makes you fat without strength increases at the gym than you should end your offseason.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

easy mate!!! just take you weekly dose before you fly away. they both can be taken once a week because of the long halflife. if you want to take some adex or nolva with you thats usually no problem.

in a high deca low test scenario, you will experience less sides because deca is less androgenic than test (deca 37, test 100). if you are not affected by libido problems or prolactin issues than id say high deca/low test is a great thing.

there are many reasons why fructose intra workout might not be the best choice but drinking some apple/orange/fruit juice here and there while working out won’t kill you. 🙂
