i know (through trial and error) that for every hour of walking over 10k steps (i used 10k steps as my baseline), i roughly need an extra 500 cal to maintain my weight. i know that if i walk with average speed, i do around 8k steps / hour. this means yesterday i did 10k + 27k steps. 27k/8k = 3,375 hours (realtime was 3 hours 25 minutes so i got pretty close with my calculation). 3,375*500 =1687 cal, thats how i calculate it and since i always walk with the same speed, the value doesn’t change much. so i would have needed around 1700cal more yesterday. my stats: im 5.8, ~200lbs @ ~13% bf

i would just change it and stick to the other exercises. sometimes we are just not built to optimally perform certain movements 🙂

if you can keep your steps consistent than you are lucky. on average days i do 10-12k steps but sometimes i have days with 30-35k steps so i have to be careful and need to calculate this days in, otherwhise i will drop weight very very fast. for example, yesterday was a training day (pull) and i did 37k steps so today was almost 1 lbs lighter because i sticked to my usual diet without adding at least one additional meal.

i personally would lean more towards lisinopril because (for what i know) it will produce a greater reduction in systolic BP than for example a nifedipine (comparing a typical dose of 10-40 mg lisinopril to 50-100 mg of nifedipine) so you might get away with taking less. you could also talk to your doc and ask him if you could try them both for 1 or 2 month and decide for youself.

i personally am very sensitive to prolactin so i can’t do high deca low test even if i use a decent amount of caber but i know a few people who used a lot more deca than test without any issues. i guess this is (like always) very person dependant. all you can do is to try it out but better start with npp than with deca 🙂

some people will run into libido issues when deca is higher than test, thats why using higher test is more popular.

tren does not aromatize at all so no worries. i would add a quarter tab of aromasin eod. that should hopefully bring your e2 back in the upper “healthy” range. have you noticed any estrogen related side effects so far? if yes i would add a quarter tab ed instead of eod.

sounds good to me. i would still save the dbol for later on when you can’t progress your lifts anymore or when you run into recovery issues. don’t waste it for a kickstart! 🙂

hey Jordan. since you will do ed injections anyway, why did you choose tren e instead of ace? is there a difference in how they make you feel or how you react to them?

i personally think that you don’t need to increase your dose for a bulking cycles because food should and will work as your main anabolic here. a moderate or low dose of test and deca (or eq) should give you very good results. imo your third cycle looks adequate (or maybe even a lower version of that).
