first of all i would do bloodwork to see where your e2 is at. than you could add aromasin, adex or nolvadex if e2 is out of range. another option would be switching to compounds that aromatize less.

mhm, you want to give your cns a break. thats the whole reason behind a deload. so no heavy or intense shit. if im at the gym, i will move heavy stuff so i def. need to stay away. i tried it multiple times but i always ended up going heavy.
to keep my head busy, i usually go out for a big walks (3-5 hours) while listening to Podcasts (project bodybuilding or geard up) or im doing stuff that i usually don’t have time for (taking naps, getting lost in the internet, whatever…).e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

it might be not absolutely essential but its a useful tool to increase your progress and a slow eccentric will also reduce your chance of injury.

it’s just not smart to start high because if you stall, you have no real other option to make further progress than to increase the dose (which is impossible if you have already “maxed out your drugs”). the body can build muscle only at a certain rate so more gear wont help you to grow faster if you are already growing at your max rate. start as low as possible and tapering up as progress start to stall is the way to go!e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

there are 2 concepts here. first one would be a really light workout (no failure, no intensity techniques just going through the motion). 2nd one would be taking the week off completely. i personally can’t do the light stuff because i will end up doing heavy, crazy shit again and will end up not deloading at all.

a pre contest cycle could be anything from test only to a full stack of 3-5 compounds. this really depends on your level and personal preference (tolerance to certain drugs). please give us a bit more info.

i would avoid doing quads if you are new to injections. there are a lot of blood vessels and nervs in this area. if you get bad pip, walking will be a nightmare for days so i would stick to glutes or delts first. if you can’t do the regular glute injecttions because you have shitty mobility than i would favour doing a ventrogluteal injection. its easy to reach, easy to find and no blood vessels and nervs in this area so pretty painless.
