    600 mg is a hefty dose. loss of appetite and heart burn are quite common on high amounts of tren.
    glutamine can help with this problem. if it does not get better after a week, i would lower the tren.

    i was in the same position as you so my advice here:
    start lower!!! (something like 500 test and 200 deca). this will be enough for a rebound and some extra quality on top. if you start to stall, than you can add in (for example) another 200 test and 100 deca and you will make progress again.

    i have 4 years of powerlifting background and i tried a lot of different programs to get stronger. at my best (raw lifts as a natural) i squatted 225kg, benched 152.5kg and deadlifted 245kg @ 80kg bw. i made most of my progress with variations of smolov and wendler. i started with the smolov base cycle, than “deloaded” with 6 weeks of wendler, than started a full smolov cycle and continued with wendler again. i kept getting stronger and stronger on my squat and also on my deadlift (even witout deadlifting, just by the carryover from squats). at this point i really focused on my weakpoints and tried my best to bring them up as good as i could. for bench i started to use the smolov base cycle aside with wendler and it worked great. you can’t go wrong with wendler 🙂

    assuming that this is an offseason scenario, test and deca will give you great results on their own and the food will do the rest. i don’t think there is a need to throw in oxys on top, they will just suppress your appetite and cause more sides (and i don’t think that you will need 2g of gear / week to grow on your 4th cycle).

    it depends on how active you are on your non training day. for example, i do all my foodshopping, mealprep and housework on my offday (straight after work). im quite active on this day so i usually reduce my calories only by ~700. if i have a lazy day i would probably reduce it by another 500-700 cal. if you think you need the same amount of calories on your offday than stick with the same amount of calories. 🙂

    90% of injuries happen because of bad form or going straight into a working set without warming up properly. i see no point in dropping out squats completely if you like them, just stick to a reasonable reprange with good form.

    for me its the right time to deload when i don’t want to go to the gym anymore (because usually im looking forward to every single session. if i don’t want to go, thats my body telling hes in need of a break).
    this usually occurs every 6-8 weeks. at this point, i take 3-5 days off.

    i had the same problem till i switched from a regular close grip bench press to close grip smith presses and now i am able to progress for a much longer period of time without stalling since i can really focus on pressing the weight up instead of pressing up and stabilizing it. its also much easier to keep good form even on very heavy sets. even if you stall on those, you could switch to reverse grip smith press!
