some people may argue that clens is self-tapering (because of its 36 hour halflife) but
i still would taper it off because with any thermogenic, side effects can get more pronounced.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

thats not a stupid question at all.
most people here (including me) use medichecks but you could also ask your gp for bloodwork. as long as you only want to check your health markers (and no hormone levels), regular bloodwork will be fine.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

hey jordan, do you think that athlets who only compete every couple of years or every other year could get away with less drugs than others who compete more often or at least will be able to make progress faster?

first of all, nolvadex is tamoxifen 😛
looking at your cycle, i don’t think that you need to cruise longer than 8 weeks to get healthmarkers back in check but the only way to tell is to get bloodwork done. i don’t think that nolva is necessary in your cruise but you can use hcg if you want to.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

decas halflife is around 6 days but it takes around 21 days to be excreted from the system. the time it takes the body to clear the ester can vary from person to person so i always calculated with 7 days. since im not very experienced with contest prep i won’t answer your 2nd question (i don’t want to give you shitty advice), sorry.

we have a unilateral hammerstrength pullover machine at the gym and i use it after every back workout to stretch out my lats and since it does not involve the biceps its perfect as a finisher.

hmm, both will compress your spine…im sure you will be able to squat and deadlift again but for the next 8-12 months i would be very careful with your exercise selection and i would avoide exercises that generate spinal compression. from now on, you have to be smart with your training! for example: if you want to train your quads, use unilateral work like bulgarian smith squats instead of backsquats, this way you can cut the load on your back in half. i would avoide heavy rack pulls but you could replace them with other deadlift variations or banded 45° hyperextensions if they feel ok. from now on, i would train abs on a regular basis! a strong core is super important if you want to remain injury free in the future. every time you put loading on your back i would decompress the spine afterwards (for example on the dip station or even stretching the back on the lat pulldown).

i think 30mg pre would be a good starting dose. you could still increase it to 50mg later on if needed.
clens halflife is around 36–48 hours so no need to split it up but you can if you want to.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

its for decompression of the spine! inversion tables are like magic for the back but this works as well:

Legcurls will be fine.
no, squats are def. not an option but you could do belt squats with a dumbbell, barbell, a t-bar row machine or a loading pin (using boxes or aerobic steppers to get full rom)!
does your gym have a sissy squat machine?e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

the best thing you could do would be to use a reverse hypers machine. its basically the only exercise that allows you to train your lower back and glutes at once while decompresses the spine. sadly, they are not cheap. i bought one 2 years ago (from strengthshop) and i really love it. i would also look into getting an inversion table.
both awesome products!e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

hello again 😀
for at least the next 2 weeks, i would take fasted blood glucose levels every day to see if there is a pattern. if it remains that low every day i would see a doctor!
its important to control low fasted blood glucose levels because this could cause long-term health problems and without the right level of glucose, your body will struggle to perform its normal functions. was this the first time that you have been below 70?e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i came across a studie (ages ago) that showed the same effect with oxys. at first it elevetes liver enzymes but later on the liver gets “kinda used to it” and liver enzymes drop back down again (at least at 50 mg a day) but i still don’t think that its smart to use it year round even at low doses. i don’t think that there is a “real downregulation” there is just a point when you cant progress on a certain compound you used for a longer period of time. rotating them is probably smart, yes! masterone will do a great job in lowering estrogen (even at a low dose) since it was designed to treat breast cancer in women and its very low in sides especially at 200mg or less. staying healthy is always a smart decision! hope i could help you. good luck
