i think we have talked good 2 hours (it was more like a brainstorming). when i came up with the primo question, they told me about 2 different approaches here. you could run it trough or use cyclical dosing protocol. for trt, 150-200 test e or cyp with 100-200 mg primo/week should work well without messing up bloods long term. you might dose it even higher if bloodwork allows you to. for the cyclical dosing… high dose to get the benefits, and low doses to maintain bloods (basically like a low blast and cruise scenario).
we also talked about var as addition to trt. it would be a good compound but since its 17alpha-methylated there is now way you can run this throughout the year without elevating your liver enzymes.
proviron was actually designed for hrt and it was used year round at a dose of 50-150 mg/day.here is one study that shows potential benefits of using tren for or replacement therapy:

no, not in a cruise scenario. i always did pct so far but this year i will start with cruising for the first time. thats why i did a lot of research (studies, articles) and talked to a few friends with hands-on experience lately 🙂

provirin and masteron are very common in this scenario because both will increase free testosterone –> increase in libido and increased feeling of well being.
i don’t know about tren…

i would watch: PCT for Cruising, Advice Cycling 1st Cycle, Cycle 2 + 3 and Cycle 4 + 5 + 6 to get a good overview.

i had bad scar tissue in my shoulder it took good 3 months to get rid of it.
i used a lacrosse ball and a roller stick to break it up.

you don’t need a pct protocol here! you just lower your drugs to a physiological dose (~200mg test e or cyp every 10 days). if you cruise, you are still taking exogenous hormones so there still will be a negative feedback loop. nolva, clomid and hcg are used to help with re-establishing your natural test production (by increasing fsh and lh) and to prevent estrogen related sides.

this really depends on your activity levels. is rice you only carb source? do you consume carbs with every meal? how much rice do you consume atm? are you gaining wight with the current amount of carbs? if yes, how much/week?

i used apple cider vinegar in the morning and 30 mins pre carb meals (except for my post workout meal).
the only thing i have noticed was that i felt less hungry so i dropped it again after a few weeks but for a diet, this could be very helpful.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
