might be winstrol, 5 days is unusually long for a normal diarrhea unless you had food poisoning.
At least you feel better by now!

    sciatic nerve:
when i had problems with my sciatic nerve, regular walking and decompression of the lower back (i used an inversion table) helped me a lot! i used the tredmill with a slight incline for 30-45 minutes a day. after 2 or 3 weeks it was finally gone.

    herniated disc:
they will diagnose a damaged or herniated disc by using an an xray, a CT scan or a MRI. i would say generally yes. there are a lot of powerlifters (and i guess bodybuilders as well) with herniated discs who are still moving a decent amoutn of weight. you just need to train smart at this point and you will need a good rehab concept (exercises: reverse hyperes, hyper extensions, hanging leg raises, …) anything that will traction the back!

if i could turn back time i would take 400 mg of test e for my first cycle aside with 0,5mg of adex 2x/week (on injection days). in terms of labs, i would look for d4net. my cycle length would probably be around 16 weeks. in terms of pct i would still stick to nolva and clomid but i would also add hcg to the mix.

even if you stick to your diet/macros… if your body can’t absorb the food, you won’t be able to recover or perform optimally.
so, i would suggest to stay at home until you feel better.

i would drink strong black tea and eat dried wild blueberries (20-60 g/day). both contain tannins and should reduce the severity of the diarrhea pretty effectively.
combining this with probiotics would be very beneficial.

thats a good argument to use them!
if you can’t source real or generic hgh than it would be an option too but otherwise i see no point in spending money on them.

go for test e, no additional benefits with prop!
there might be less conversion to estrogen for some people but this can also be caused by more stable plasma levels due the eod or ed injections.

you did exactly the right things! if its skeletal, there is nothing you can do about it except to wait.
i would avoid any exercise that causes spinal compression for at least 2 or 3 weeks.
decompression is the best thing you can do for your back at this point!
if you can’t do regular slrs just do incline bench side laterals. this way you will need to reduce the weight and there won’t be as much compression on your spine as with sitting or standing ones.

the first thing i would do is to take a long and hot bath to relax the affected muscle(s). try to reduce inflammation using 1200mg of curcumin. a capsicum cream will help to keep everything warm, will increase bloodflow and will decrease inflammation as well.
if the pain is really bad i would consider using an NSAID like diclofenac or ibuprofen (at least at night).

to be able to fix your problem you need to know whats causing your problem so:
try to localice the pain and find out if its a muscle or nerve issue. maybe talk to a physiotherapist to help you with the diagnose. than you can work on fixing the issue. here again… physio therapist or google. beside stretching, a tennis ball/lacrosse ball/foamroller will help a lot if its a muscular issue. using an inversion table to decompress the back and spine always made a tremendous change in my recovery and back health. you can also use really strong bands and hang upside down from a rack or pullup bar to get the same effect.

if you start to feel numbness and tingling along with muscle weakness in your biceps/triceps its probably a herniated disc. than you need to go to a doc asap.

i would rather spend my money on 2-3 iu of hgh than on peptides. ghrps and/or ghrhs can worke quite well but you are looking at less effect for almost the same costs.

i don’t trust the forum posts. always look for certified medical studies! most of the ducumented cases of liver failure have overdosed on usnic acid or had problems with drug or alcohol abuse in the first place. Lipokinetix is a really interesting product but i don’t like the diiodothyronine thats in it (even if ist probably really effecive).
