    since side effects are very person dependant its hard to say but if i would have to make a guess, i would say that 80 % of people will probably feel better on clen than on a low dose of dnp. in terms of effectiveness, i would definitely favore dnp. even 200-300 mg of dnp would almost double my progress in terms of fat burning. i generally feel “ok” on it as long as i don’t go over 300 mg a day (powder form) or 400 mg a day (crystal form) but im always afraid of using it because of the cataracts that it can cause.

    ive seen some really promising studies on usnic acid (another oxidative phosphorylation uncoupler) and fat loss and it looks like this is a much safer drug than dnp in terms of side effects. sadly its really hard to find a good supplier.

    i guess its good idea to take it with drugs that increase your hematocrit levels (boldenone/oxymetholone).
    ive checked it, no interactions between vitamin k and acetylsalicylic acid.

    im 27 now but i have been diagnosed with low test levels when i was 19. t-levels 7.7 nmol, fsh and lh both barely over 1.5 (at the age of 19).
    ive checked my levels every year since but because i still fall “in the range” with my levels, the doc told me that i don’t qualify for replacement yet.
    that was one of my reasons for me to start my first cycle. 5 months after my last pct my t-levels came back at 6 (but i still felt no difference to 7 tbo).
    now im on cycle again. never done a sperm count.

    if you are done with competing (or bodybuilding), waiting for your appointment is probably the best idea.
    you might have a shitty time in the gym for a while and you might loose some muscle but when you get your trt prescription you will rebound back quite fast.
    using hgh till you get your appointment can help with energy and recovery.

    I get your point 🙂 . im not sure if this will save you enought calories to see a big difference in the amount of food you have to consume but i would give it a try.

    if you increase the frequency and cut back on your volume you wont get much out in terms of “saved” calories (if you cut out the fluff that burns a low amount of calories in the first place). Lower volume higher frequency will allow you to train with more intensity so you might burn even more calories than before. what is the problem with consuming more calories?

    i usually pause 1 sec. the loading can be really person dependent. i have always squatted with good control so i will probably be stronger than a guy who relies on bouncing to get up out of the hole… i would start with 85-90 % and see how it feels.

    np, as soon as you increase blood pressure or increase blood volume (which increases bp) vascularity will show up more. water and sodium manipulation will be a good tool as well.

    there are 4 big factors dictating the level of vascularity. genetics, age, blood pressure and bodyfat (this are the main ones).
    your vascularity will get more pronounced when bodyfat decreases, there is nothing you can do about it. by controlling your blood pressure and avoiding drugs that increase your red blood cell count (oxymetholone/boldenone) you can minimize vascularity.

    you can still make progress somehow but you will be very limited in terms of recovery and energy (i trained for 6 months with <6 nmol).

    Forget about the “true dose when ester cleaved”. it just means that 250 mg of your 330 mg test enanthate is actual test and the rest is the enanthate ester.
    if you are taking 1 ml of your d4 test e, count it as 330 mg. so if you want 750 mg take 2.3 ml of it.
