you won’t regret it! this exercise will have a huge carry over to your squats and your deadlifts.

Iplex is a combination of recombinant human IGF-1 (rhIGF-1) and IGFBP-3. IGFBP-3 is a binding protein
which prolongs the action of IGF-1 in the human body.

for me, the GHR was and probably still is the best exercise in terms of size and strength in my glute and hamstring area.
when i started to use it i could not do a single rep without my hamstrings starting to cramp up.
the idea with the pole could work.

i have used reverse bands. this way your hamstrings have to work hard on the top. i used them until i was able to do reps without them.

i would be really interested in how a typical day looks like for you and corinne.
how do you both structure your day with training, coaching, uni, food-shopping, doing housework, cooking, …

yes they will also increase quad load.
squat shoes will allow you to keep your torso more upright (so you can use more legdrive & less lower back).
without squat shoes, most people will fail because of lower back fatigue or because they can’t generate
enougth force to finish the rep and get stuck at knee height.
with squat shoes, you can really hammer your glutes and hams with higher reps and higher weight than you normally could.

ok so lets start with the legpress.
most people place their feet too high on the platform and ending up working mostly hamstrings and glutes (+ they are shortening the ROM)
the closer your stance is and the further down the platform you place your feet, the more quads you will work.

for more outer sweep, try to push from the outside of your soles (same for squat and legpress).

squat form and knee positioning can largely vary from person to person (because of differences in hip structure and length of the bones).
for most people, to be able to squat with perfect form will depend on hip and ankle mobility.

if your form in spot on, you will feel them burn, no matter what…

huge difference for me! on squats and frontsquats, they allow me to take load away from my lower back and increase the load on my quads.
i can go deeper on my squats so my glutes have to work harder. on legpress, i get way less buttwink, this allows me more ROM. they are amazing for increasing the load on the hamstrings if i use them for deadlifts or deadlift variations.
    love them!

aaah ok, are you sure that your BUN was higher because or your protein intake? thera are some more factors than just high protein intake that can increase BUN levels (like excessive exercise or increased muscle breakdown, dehydration, …). the general recommendation for people with elevated BUN levels is to consume less than 45% of the total calorie intake in protein so bumping protein up a bit might be a good idea if you struggle with recovery. how much protein did you consume before you got your bloodwork done?

thats true and the fact that its commonly used with tren won’t make it better 😀

dopamin-agonists can also eliminate food cravings.
thats why people who smoke tend to lose weight when they start, and gain weight
when they stop (because nicotine acts as a dopamin-agonist) and blends appetite and cravings.

another awesome thing is that dopamine agonists will increase your REM (rapid eye movement) sleep.
this will increase recovery due a greater endogenous secretion in hgh.
(it will also reduce aromatase to an extend)

another thing that pops into my mind….
there was a hilarious story involving a guy called “didier jambart”, GlaxoSmithKline and a dopamine agonist ( called “requip”).
after taking the drug, he developed an “uncontrollable passion for gay sex and gambling”. at one point he even sold his children’s toys to fund his addiction.
he engaged in frantic searches for gay sex and got raped in the process. lol
He was awarded £ 160,000 in damages after a court in france.

i would reduce the sets, this way you can still hit more total volume over the week without running into recovery issues.

caber is a good option. for most people, it has low or no sides.
prami is different, i would not touch it unless i really have to.

ive talked to my friends about this (pharmacist and physiotherapist).
the physiotherapist said that its commonly caused by abduction of the thumb so try to avoid overdoing that.
“blackberry thumb stretches” might help reduce the pain and stiffness.
you could try to treat it with a capsaicin cream. its highly anti inflammatory (if dosed around 5-8%) and you can combine it with diclofenac gel/cream since they work through different pathways. if this doesn’t work you can still try corticosteroid injections (last resort).
