If you want to change to adex than i would start with 0.5 e3d or eod. Don’t use too much ais at once. If you crush your oestrogen you can cause problems as well. Its probably best if you run a reasonable dose and after a few weeks you do bloodwork again.

aromasin has a short halflife i would take it at least eod to keep blood levels stable. As far as i know 12.5 eod is the standard dose for real aromasin. If your stuff is underdosed you need to take more to get the same result or you try to find a new source with legit stuff.

I guess it depends… taller/bigger people generally have more blood than smaller or shorter people.

igf1 creates new tissue and causes already existing tissue to grow. igf1 is the reason why gh has an anabolic effect. igf1 is as effective as gh.

Im sure jordan talked about igf1 sold by ugls (as a research chem). The products you listed are almost impossible to obtain, expensive af but also proven to be very potent.
