You did everything the right way i guess. I would do blood work again in 1.5 or 2 weeks to see where you new levels are and adjust as you did before if they are still out of range.

I guess it depends on what compounds you are using beside test and their binding affinity to the androgen receptors and the number of androgen receptors in your body.

Running it throughout your cycle def. provides benefits but its not a necessity. If your on a budget, don’t bother about running it all the way through.

As far as i know thare is not really a guideline for a test/eq ratio. i tried out 250 test with 250 eq.
i also tried 500 test with 200 eq and 200 test 400 eq. the only difference i noticed was an increase in hunger when i did 400 eq.
since eq is weaker than test you may have less sides if you use 250test/250eq but there is always a reason for acne.
Whats”bad acne” for you? Is it just on some bodyparts or all over the place? Are you using an ai? is this your first cycle?

Test e has a halflife of 5-6 days so with 1000mg of test your levels would be as listed below:

    5 days – 500 mg / 50%
    10 days – 250 mg / 25%
    15 days – 125 mg / 13%
    20 days – 63 mg / 6%

Here are a few ways to increase your GFR rate:

limit your sodium intake (aim for a daily average intake of 2 to 3 or less g of sodium), manage blood sugars, limit protein intake, reduce your weight (bodyfat) to healthy levels, monitor the amount of potassium and phosphorus in your diet, drink enought water.

in thailand, egypt, turkey and greece it is an over the counter drug so thats one way get your hands on it.
A lot of peptide companies sell tadalafil as a research chemical.
thats probably the easiest, and cheapest way to get it but the product might be underdosed.

it depends on the dose of your injectables.
the more you take, the harder it will be for you to get your hdl/ldl back in range.
supplementing curcumin may lower your total cholesterol and ldl levels.

ok so in terms of muscle gain i have to do more research when im back at work but in terms of fat loss and fat storage i can give you quite a bit of information.

women usually have smaller waists and more fat storage on the hips, thighs, and breasts. estrogen is largely responsible for greater fat storage around the hips and thighs while both estrogen and progesterone impact larger breasts. men, on the other hand, are usually much leaner through the arms and the legs and store more fat around the middle as a consequence of testosterone.
progesterone can be used to make cortisol in the adrenal glands. your body can use progesterone to increase cortisol production when needed. This is called “progesterone steal” and it is used to describe a situation where the adrenal glands “use up” progesterone to make the stress hormone cortisol.
at the same time, just as progesterone interrupts the action of cortisol, cortisol does the same thing to progesterone making stress especially disadvantageous for women.
insulin and cortisol, together with testosterone and low estrogen, are implicated in belly fat deposition in women.

estrogen works to increase fat storage by up-regulating the alpha receptors in female fat depots around the hips and thighs.
beta receptors increase fat burning while alpha receptors block it. the hips and thighs of a woman have higher amounts of alpha receptors compared to men. this is also the major reason it is so difficult for some women to lose fat from the hips and thighs.
progesterone, like testosterone in men, MAY increase beta receptors. in this way, estrogen and progesterone work to influence the ability to burn fat and determine from which areas it will be taken from.

So, in summary, taking a progesterone-based contraceptive is better than a combination of progesterone and estrogen, it still will impede fat loss. I will have a more detailed look at the whole issue, though, and let you know what I find.

Ill try my best to tell you everything i know about this topic.

your metabolism might fluctuate during your menstrual cycle, which can have an effect on your weight, especially if you are dieting. A 1989 study in the “British Journal of Nutrition” found that metabolism can increase up to 10 percent in the days before menstruation begins. This increase can result in some weight loss, especially if you are experiencing other symptoms that affect your eating patterns.

    birth control pills:
So…birth control pills are generally made up of a synthetic estrogen and progestin that are taken for 2,5-3 weeks followed by 4-7 days during which a placebo pill or no pill is taken and a “period” occurs . There is not a real “period”. this bleeding only occurs as a result of going off the synthetic hormones. during your menstrula cycle a series of events happens within the body to prepare the uterus for conception. around day 14 of your cycle, your ovaries release an egg to possibly be fertilized. at this time estradiol and testosterone peak. as we all know…. testosterone causes sex drive, energy levels, mental sharpness, and mood to all increase. if you’re suppressing ovulation the body doesn’t get that bump in testosterone. taking birth control pills also has the side effect of causing SHBG to increase. the liver produces this in response to the ingestion of oral estrogen and has a high binding affinity for testosterone. so, not only are the ovaries not making as much testosterone because of the suppression of ovulation, but what little is circulating is likely to be bound up by SHBG that has gone high because of the ingestion of the birth control pill. so taking birth control pills will make it harder for you to build muscle and loose fat.

since your oestradiol levels are elevated, there is nothing wrong with introducind a serm or ai i guess.
I would try 1/2 a tab of aromasin a day and take bloodowork again in a few weeks to check if your Levels are in range.
Maybe take bloodwork after a rest day next time.
    Keep us updated if possible.
    good luck

elevated CK cause: Exercise and muscle trauma (contact sports, traffic accidents, intramuscular injections, surgery, and burns) can elevate serum creatine kinase values.
elevated ALT cause: Very strenuous exercise, severe injury to a muscle and rapid growth can cause elevated ALT levels.

i would not be too concerned about it but i would def. do bloodwork again in a few weeks just to check if the ALT and CK levels went down. If the values are still elevated its probably a good idea to talk to your general practitioner or to a specialist.

looking forward to hear jordans oppinion on this topic 🙂

As far as i know, alanine transaminase levels can be higher while using nolvadex.
Injection into the muscle tissue, or strenuous exercise, may increase alanine transaminase levels as well.
ALT levels often vary between normal and slightly increased, so its whise to test frequently to see if there is a pattern.
    Are you sing orals?
