Bone growth speed is really dose dependant but over time it will happen.
Just watch justin comptons hands, they became huge in comparison to 6 or 7 years ago.
His face also changed drastically, especially his nose.

MT2 is not a licensed drug. Soooo…. no published long term studies on it.
Like always, long and short term side effects are really person and dose dependant.
i think if MT2 is used infrquent (once of twice a year) in a reasonable dose, there should not be any long term sides for most of us.

I think jordan talked about this in one of his videos.
he mentioned that peptopro gets absorbed really efficient and faster than regular protein.

    found this on sigmaaldrich.com

Handling and Storage Guidelines for Peptides and Proteins

2.While some peptides and proteins are stabile at 4 °C, we recommend –20 °C for short-term storage (1–2 weeks) and –80 °C for longer storage. It is always advisable to store away from bright light.
8.In general, peptide solutions are stable for up to a week at 4 °C. However, if the peptide sequence has inherent instability, it might be better to freeze the solution when not in use. Peptide solutions at pH>8 should also be frozen when not in use.
9.The shelf life of peptide solutions is limited. Peptides containing N, Q, C, M and W are unstable when stored in solution. Using sterile buffers (pH 5–6) and freezing the aliquots will prolong the storage life of the peptide. Storage at –20 °C or colder is optimal.

I can’t tell you if mt2 is 100% save to freeze since its not a registered drug but i can answer your question on hcg.

here is a package insert extract of pregnyl (HCG):

Pregnyl should be stored in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C).
    Do not freeze.
Keep the ampoules in the outer container to protect from light.

The only reason i use them is because they keep my knees warm while squatting/leg pressing.

I always took a probiotic called “Omnibiotic”. But i dont think you can get it in the uk.

Im not a big fan of digestive enzymes because they can put additional stress on your gut but
Creon 10000 is a good digestive aid. its a prescription drug but i think if you talk to your
gp he might give it to you. Its a combination of lipase, protease, and amylase.
