a 30g scoop of peptopro usually has around 24g of protein so 15g of protein should be a bit more than half a scoop.

i only agree to a certain point with ben.
i personally don’t think that a moderate caloric surplus on insulin would make you much fatter than a the same surplus without slin.
the biggest mistake i see people make is their dietary fat intake while using insulin.

100 m/w/f for sure isnt trt. but im sure thats what he needs to keep his size. in the end… test is test, no matter what ester. if you prefer prop over cyp or e go with it. just make sure your adapting your injection frequency accordingly (ed or eod injections would be my preference for prop)

it depends on the compounds. a general rule if thumb: long ester, no! quick esters, in some cases yes! orals and no estered drugs, Yes!

i would at least run 300-400 eq to get all of its benefits (increase in appetite and increase in collagen synthesis). you are already over a g of gear and i dont know how experienced/advaced you are but i personally would scale back on the npp and keep the test the same. if you still want to increase your dose and considering your last cycle, i would use something like: 600 Test, 300 npp, 350 eq. i would also switch the adex out for aromasin and reduce the caber to at least 1/2 of the dose. if you switch from a long estered test to sust, you might need to adjust your injection freqzency and/or your ai dose, so keep that in mind.

i would take the 25mg 45mins pre workout. if you are getting lower back pumps that hinder your workouts, i would split up the dose to am/pm

maybe @corinne can help with this topic. i would also be interested what kind of contraception would be the smartest and best for a girl using peds. i was looking into this topic previously, talked to many people and was told that the IUD (copper coil) seems to be the smartest choice for many reasons. whats your thoughts on that? looking forward to your answer.

since chemclarity shut down, there is no official” place” to test your stuff anymore. there are a few other labs in france, switzerland, czech republic and i think 1 in spain but they are quite expencive (around 150-350 USD). if you find or know someone who has access to a hplc machine (in a lab or at uni) thats probably the best and cheapest way.

james and sas just gave you the best tips out there. the carrier oil plays a huge role. i personally love ethyl oleate based products.

i personally would go for cables and isolation exercises to imprive my mind-muscle connection. high volume but still “heavy” sets in the 12-20 rep range. supersetting bis with tris, short rest periods. see no point in counting reps or sets here, go by feel than move on to tge next exercise.
