    fat cell distribution can’t be changed by diet or muscle mass but things like a liposuction could change fat cell distribution permanently. hormones can influence bodyfat distribution as well but only to a certain extent.

    if you sqeeze your nipple, is it hard and swollen or soft?
    if its soft, you don’t have to worry. if its hard you either have to increase the nolva (i would aim at around 20mg a day but if you take 40mg for a week or 2 it wont be the end of the world…) or add letro for a few days. if you choose to use letro, simultaneously adjust your ai/serm and slowly taper down letro.

    i used this protocol 2 times when i had an acute gyno flare up and it always worked out fine:
    day1: 2.5mg letro, day2: 1.25mg letro, day 3 0.625mg letro day4: 0.3125mg of letro, day5: no letro. i would still keep nolva in for at least a week to prevent a possible rebound in e2 caused by pulling letro.

    the night sweats are not prolactin related (otherwhise people would get night sweats on npp and deca as well) so i would avoid using caber. it won’t help!

    i personally would love to use higher npp but 300 seems to be my limit without having to use additional drugs to counteract the sides.
    deca i can’t use at all! another interesting and useful thing to know it that prolactin and e2 stand in relation to each other so keeping e2 in range will lessen the chance of running into prolactin issues in the first place. however, this only applies if the problem is caused by prolactin itself and not by the stimulation of the prolactin receptor by another hormone (like hgh or peptides would do).

    there is not much you can do about the sweating. in terms of the ammonia smell…
    to me thats a sign that your carbs might be too low. tren makes you burn a lot more carbs than you usually would.
    try to increase them and see if the ammonia smell is still there.
    chlorophyll tablets might help with the ammonia smell as well but try to increase carbs first!

    the increase in prolactin caused by nandrolones is dose dependant and on top, prolactin sides are very person dependant as well so even if your prolactin is high, it might or might not affect you. me personally, im not a fan of treating a sympthom just for the sake of treating it. if an increase in prolactin is causing you problems, either don’t go crazy high with it or use caber (or another dopamin agonist). at the same time, if i add a compound and have to add another one just to treat an occurring side effect(s) i lean more towards not using the compound in the first place or using it at a low enough dose so that it is not causing me sides (as long as the dose is still an effective dose for whatever my goal might be). i personally use npp for the increase in collagen synthesis and as an additional mild anabolic if i don’t want to go higher with test, so npp stays low for me all the time (<300mg/ week). if i “had” to use deca/npp or tren it as my main anabolic i would look for another compound that does not give me this particular side effects to begin with (esp. in the offseason).

    ive used it once and will never use it again. sorry if that wasn’t what you wanted to hear. please try it and see for yourself, i wish you good luck with injection spots that feel like someone hit you with a metal pipe.

    no, curcumin will reduce inflammation, deca will increase collagen synthesis. thats 2 different things. deca will fix the cause, curcumin will treat the sympthom.

    i notice effects from doses as low as 150mg/week but for me personally, 250-300mg a week seem to be the sweetspot.

    its still boldenon but attached to the acetate ester, its known for causing horrendous pip so not worth trying imo.

    300-400 is a good dose for what i have seen across the forums…

    i will start dhb soon and take it with 200t to see what its really doing for me. i might do a log on it. not sure yet..

    drug whise, stick to reasonable amounts. i would stick to test only or test and npp/eq depending on your preference. in terms of food… its hard to say how much you need and on how much you might end an offseason. i would start with maintanance +600 cal and watch your weight/weekly progress pics. i would aim for a slow but steady increase in bodyweight so adjust calories accordingly. many different factors come into play here (metabolism, neat levels, how your diet looks,… )

    ofc its possible. the main factor for weight gain is food intake. powerlifters that need to stay in a weight class make use if this a lot. if you always eat at maintanance, you can get stronger without adding a lot if bodyweight, even over long periods of time.
