    its not more painful than pinning other common spots. i found that injections prior to training even improve my workout quality because the pain will allow me to get a better muscle connection. i would backload a slin pins to keep scar tissue to a minimum and inject 0.5ml in both delts. keep the injection volume low (esp at the beginning) and slowly work your way up. i personally don’t like to inject more than 1ml in 1 head of my delt but i guess thats personal preference…

    the exogenous gh will be on top of your natural release so even 1 iu can make a difference. hyge is usually good quality but i would still use at least 2 iu if you are using generic hgh to get decent results (esp. on lower doses)

    the only “supplement” that can improve cns recovery is gh.
    instead of looking for a supp to boost your cns recovery i would look for the cause of the problem.
    look at your exercise selection, frequency and volume and adjust them accordingly. introducing deloads and choosing your exercises wisely is another way to keep cns fatigue to a minimum. optimizing nutrition and ensuring that sleep is on point will also make a huge difference.

    ostarine is great for girls. even small doses can work very well (even as Little as 3-5 mg) but the sweetspot seems to be >10mg. i perfer 4-5 week blasts followed by 3-4 week offtime. mk is also a great offseason drug for girls (10-15mg a day) and can be used as a bridging agent as well. cardarine (i know its not a sarm) is also a great tool for bridging or cutting/retaining muscle. for more advanced users, a combination of osta and var seems to work very very well. they both work synergistically. this will allow you to get away with less var so you can reduce the risk of running into virilisation issues quite a lot. i know that rad, s4 and lgd can be used as well but so far, i have no experience with them.

    ill say it again,
    there is an interaction between this 2 drugs. anastrozole and tamoxifen (if take at the same time) will be less effective!!!

    there is a drug interaction between adex and nova. taking both at the same time will lower their potency.

    there are many ways to do it.

    here are my favorite ones:
    i always started with hamstrings than i did #1 or #2

    #1: 1 lat movement to activate the lat (lat pulldown/pullup, rack chins), than deadlifts/packpulls, than the rowing movements (preferably things like assisted machine rows, assisted tbar rows, db rows, and/or pullovers to reduce stress on your lower back but still being able to use heavier weight for your rows)

    #2: pulldowns and rowing movements first and deadlifts/rackpulls at the end

    both worked very well for me.

    you could also alternate them to get the most out of both and avoid permanent stress on your cns.

    i would split the vit c into 3 or 4 doses because your body can only absorb so much at a time. its water soluble so everything your body doesn’t need atm will be excreted through your urine.
    taking your omega 3s with your multi vitamin would be my preference because than you don’t have to worrie about taking extra fat to improve the absorbtion of the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K).
