    i don’t think that this topic was discussed before (at least not in detail)
    i have used metformin infrequently over the last 1.5 years so ill give you the information that i was able to gather.

    metformin is a type of oral medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. ive been told that, theoretically, type 1 diabetics can take metformin too, if they’re struggling with insulin resistance and constant high bs. metformin works by increasing your sensitivity to insulin and decreasing the amount of glucose that is absorbed from the food you eat. so, hgh (esp. high amounts) will cause insulin resistance, this is one of many reasons why its often combined with insulin. if you measure your bs before an hgh cycle and in the middle of an hgh cycle you will see an increase in fasted blood glucose levels. thats where metformin can be very useful. it will lower bs and increase insulin sensitivity without having to use actual insulin. its also a useful tool to increase insulin sensitivity after an hgh cycle, after a phase of frequent insulin use or just while doing a mincut. another method to use it is for carbloads/refeeds while dieting to fill gycogen stores faster and more efficiently. it can also be used as kind of a “substitute” for pre/post workout insulin. tablets usually come in 500mg, 850mg and 1000mg. as a first time user i would start low (something like 500mg 1-2x a day) and slowly increase the dose over time.

    3-5g of taurine, a good magnesium supplement, adequate hydration and increasing soduim are the things that help me the most when i get cramps.
    you should always take taurine with clen anyway because clen depletes the taurine levels in your liver which can stops the conversion of t4 to t3…

    i personally don’t believe in things like “cutting cycles”. i would just run your basic offseason stack if your bf levels are higher than you want them to be and you want to loose some weight. if you are already lean (single digit bf levels) and want to drop down to very low levels of bf and using cosmetic drugs like mast and winni to improve your look, it would be a completely different scenario. having this said, i don’t know your current bf level and why you want to do a cut in the first place so please give us a bit more info about your current situation and your plans.

    my personal preference would be option 1 because i personally don’t feel good when i run test and tren at a 1/1 ratio and the negative impact on bloodwork would probably be less when tren mand mast are lower.

    i personally like cardarine. it has multiple benefits in terms of performance and health.
    i haven’t used lgd yet but will probably give it a try in my next cruise aside with a low dose of test.

    if your back is really out of balance i would prioritize your weaknesses and deprioritize strong points (whatever that may be).
    lets say width is your weakpoint: i would start with activating the lat. push as much blood as you can into your lat without pre-exhausting it.than do your basic pulling movements for width like: pullups/lat. pulldowns/rack chins first (2/3 of your total back volume) and move to rowing movements/deadlifts afterwards (1/3 of your total back volume). i would do this until the back looks (more) balanced, than i would change to volume to 50/50 again and mix things up.

    if your back isn’t much out of balance i would just play the “exercise selection card” and keep the volume 50/50.

    from a hormonal standpoint id say you are probably fine but if this is important to you, go and make a sperm motility test.

    i would use around 50g cyclic dextrin (50-80 on leg days), 5-10g creatine, 4-5g BA, 6-8g CM and 20-30g pepto pro.

    not really, you can’t block 5alpha reductase because there is no conversion. you can only try a few things (if you are not already doing them).
    first one is hygiene: shower straight after the gym, change towels/bed Sheets, cloths frequently, take shower 2 times a day, wash with a loofah and acne cleanser, use sun beds frequently.
    2nd Option is a low dose of accutane (10-20mg eod as a last resort)

    maybe, i stayed pretty lean this offseason but i think thats more accountable to a change in my diet (from moderate carbs/moderate fat to high carbs/low fat). i don’t know how much additional fat i would have gained if i wouldn’t have used it but i really noticed the boost in endurance when doing cardio and my hdl is significantly better when on 20mg of GW a day.

    absolutely, thats way too much gear for a 3rd cycle (at least imo)
    also im not a fan of your drug choice. running 2 dhts in the offseason for long periods of time would have a massive impact on your lipids.
    jdhs recommendation is a good and reasonable option.
