don’t throw in more drugs just for the sake of it. no dostinex unless bloodwork will show elevated prl values!

thats a valid point but variables like skin pigmentation, age, style of clothing, use of sunscreen, physical and outdoor activity and sun exposure behaviour, can prevent or promote vitamin D synthesis and will influence vitamin d status so what might be ok for some, might be not enough for others. i rather have slightly elevated vitamin d levels (compared the the standardised range) than low levels. 250 µg (10,000 IU) is considered a safe upper intake level per day in healthy adult so imo, 2500u 2x a day is a good and save dose year round.

vitamin k2 isn’t a pricy supp. i payed like 40quid for my tub of 365 caps. the ones you popsted look good imojdh

i would always run:
200mcg vit k2 (mk7)
a good multivitamin
2500iu vit d3 (am and pm)
400mg curcumin
500mg omega 3 (am and pm)maybe tudca + nac for liver health as long as you are on var.

using hcg is a good thing and will imo pay off when you do pct but its no necessity. it depends on your Bodys ability to recover, the length of your cycle, the compounds you are using,… its a personal decision. if you are doing a long cycle (>25 weeks) or nandrolones for more than 12 weeks, using hcg will speed up the process and will make things def. easier.

i would make use of caffeine first as long as you are still loosing weight. if weightloss should stop, clen is a great addition but as long as you are on time with your condition and you are loose weight at a good speed i see no real need for it tbh.

drugs that make you hold a lot of water or increase your bp will put additional stress on your kidneys.
the kidneys themselves have higher blood pressure to effectively filter the blood, but when systemic blood pressure rises excessively, the nephrons, (filtering units of the kidneys), are slowly destroyed.
so, no tren, no orals, adequate estrogen control while on wet compounds, monitoring bp every day, taking bp medication if necessary.coQ10, silymarin, resveratol, lipoic acid and folinic acid are just a few useful supps for kidney health.

because his “coach” is obviously a fuckup, we all would probably do the same in his situation. i can understand him (kind of…).
it was a dumb decision to trust this guy and not to research how to pct in the first place but im sure he already knows this and regrets it.like i said, i would go on trt. this will give you time until you have all your pct drugs you Need and a reasonable protocol to pct properly.

100 test a week can work but i would usually stick more towards 150mg because if your product is underdosed (you can never know unless you buy it at a european pharmacy) you can be sure that you will still be fine. health markers will recover at pretty much the same speed with 150 as they would on 100 a week. i personally would start var at training days only and after 3-4 weeks or so i would bump it up to ed use to get a pronounced cosmetic effect.
