overall bf isn’t a good indicator for when to stop offseason. i would take your fattest spot as a reference point. another factor is your metabolism and your ability to loose fat. if you loose fat easily you can get a bit fatter than a guy who has trouble loosing fat.
males tend to carry most of their fat on their stomach and lower back

i have talked to people that take 3x the amount of what you would expect them to take and some take only half. if hes a genetic freak he might only be on a little bit of something. if not he might be taking everything under the sun, who knows… if i had to guess i would say hes at least on some kind of test, a dht and probably on hgh but i guess we will never know…e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

its a great addition to almost every other anabolic. common doses are >300mg/ week (for am male)
if you try it for the first time i would run it with test only because it might be smart see how you react to new compounds first (effects and sides).

first of all, having the right parents will make things a lot easier. you need to have a fast metabolism and burn fat easily, otherwhise you will probably struggle sooner or later. some people can stay at single digit bodyfat year round and still can be flexible with their eating. you obviously need drugs to acieve this certain look but i don’t think you need alot. imo, this look can be achieved with a moderate dose of test and maybe an oral or mild dht (mast/primo), maticulous nutrition and cardio. this doesn’t mean that hes not using more (more total mg or multiple different compounds) but staying this lean all the time is just not a smart approach if your goal is building muscle at a optimal rate. you will progress very slow. what some of this Fitness models will do is take thousands of Pictures while they are in shape and post them as Long as they are softer of in “offseason”. thats a common but misleading method.
in the end, it doesnt matter what he does or what he takes because you don’t have his response to food/drugs/training, you don’t have his lifestyle, you don’t have his genetics, you might have not as much time to workout, to do cardio and so on. YOU ARE NOT HIM!!!

i think it will probably make a difference in your look. 200mg a week is very reasonable imo (even if its only for the beach) if its only for a couple of weeks time.

i have to say that im very active throughout my day so every extra step is one too much for me if i want to gain weight at a decent rate. if i move too much, my legs won’t recover as fast as they need to. another person might be fine… who knows…
max is right, i didn’t take into consideration that people might have a deskjobs or a more sedentary lifestyle. in that case you are probably gtg with a bit more. however, 15-20 mins a day are a good start imo, more is always an option if you have the time and the energy or if there is a need for it.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

since you have no noticable sides, i personally would give your hormones a few more weeks to settle before considering using caber.

i personally would do around 15-20 mins of LISS (mainly for health and wellbeing). for me personally, more than that will negatively impact on my recovery. if you are still gaining weight at a fast rate i would reduce the calories a touch. an intra shake is always a great addition imo

ghrp6 is known to increase appetite a lot more than ghrp2. ghrp2 is stronger in releasing hgh but also has a shorter halflife. ghrp6 will increase prolactin secretion more than ghrp2. thats the main difference.

ive used eq only (300mg) and felt fine.
maybe even better than using test because of the low estrogenic properties of eq.@jdh
eq is such a long acting ester that pulling it to start it again after 8 weeks does not make much sense to me so i rather cut out all other anabolics and stay on eq only (iof eq is one of my offseason compounds and i want to cruise). its a test derivative so it will provide the same effects as test. however its around half as potent as test so i would not go below 300mg a week if you want to give it a try.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

rows and lat pulldowns with an underhand grip are great.

i have an active job and train 5-6x a week.
calories are 5500 on training days. ill probably have to push +6000 at my offseason peak this year…
im not a very hungry person and i have limited time to eat throughout the day.
its not really an appetite issue. its just a lot of food to eat 🙂its not that i need the mk. i just think its a cheap and useful addition to my offseason stack.
it improves my sleep, improves hunger, speeds up digestion, increases igf1/gh igf1-bp3 output (even if its just a little bit) and all that with very little side effects.
