agree with Arno,
training and diet have to be in place before even thinking about using this drugs.
looks like the forced rest from your knee surgery made you a lazy shit (no offense) so
start training again, get your diet in check, add a bit of cardio (cross trainer/bike) or just simply be more active!
drop ~15 lbs, see where your at and than you can still think about if you really want to incorperate drugs or not.
however, i would absolutely advise against t3 except if you have a deficiency, diagnosed by a doctor!!!
a bit of var or clen might be ok but only when you have exhausted all other options.
as long as you are not at single digit bodyfat levels, chances are low that your body will burn muscle so no need for anabolics imo!e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

hmmm hard to say… you might or might not hold a bit of water while on it. tbh, i would not risk it 7 weeks out!

nizoral, pantothenic acid, sunbeds, adequate hygiene and zinc will help but only to a certain extend.
if you are prone to acne, you have limited options. the most effective one imo would be 10-20 mg of accutane eod as long as you are on are on cycle.
this small dose will reduce acne but won’t give you any noticable side effects (at least for most people).if you get acne on test and nandrolones as well than it might be smart to look into taking a full accutane course at a higher dose to shrink sebaceous glands permanently.

looks good to me. if you run it every day i would not exceed 4 weeks. if you take it infrequent or on training day only you can run it a bit longer (maybe 6 weeks). than i would incorporate a break with lower carbs and GDAs to increase insulin sensitivity again.

agree with dan. in the end i would stick to the exercise you feel the most and best.
i know a lot of people who do hip thrusts with 405 and have shit glutes so weight isnt everything, esp. until you have a really good connection to your chosen muscle.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

like i said…
the expiration date does not mean that the product goes bad. it simply means that the manufacturer has not tested their product beyond the dates indicated, so there is no way of knowing exactly how long the insulin will remain at full strength. however, as long as the insulin does not get cloudy, i would use it. if you are unsure about its effectiveness, just take your blood sugar levels on (lets say) 5iu iu and compare it to your other insulin thats not expired. if it was stored correctly, you should not see any difference in potency.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i get high bp just by thinking about 1000 eq. if i would use that my bloods viscosity would change to that of honey.
even 500 a week brings my hematocrit up into the low 60 range…
my bp would rise to 170+ and i would be scared for my life every time i do heavy leg presses, deadlifts or rack pulls.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i think a lot of people are just not using it the right way or get poor quality products.
its a great and very cost efficient drug if used correctly. i personally can recommend it to everyone who can’t afford gh or has problems getting his food in.
the insane appetite you will get from a high quality ibutamoren mesylate is uncomparable imo.
i rate it highlye-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
