    nope, just dont use it if your fasted blood sugar is high in the first place.
    and its smart to cycle it. dont use it for long periods of time without breaks.

    i monitored my fasted blood glucose levels while using 25mg of mk a day.
    before i started it was around 70, after 8 weeks it was around 80-85 so yes, there was an increase in fasted blood glucose.

    why does it have to be a post workout shake? what about a small pro/fat meal straight after training? it doesn’t have to be much (something like 150-200g of fat free greek yoghurt, a bit of whey, some berries and some oats/grits/rice in it).

    drop down to a dose that you feel adequate (doses vary from person to person and are also dependant on your level of muscle mass) and stay on this dose until your bloodwork looks good again, than up the dose to whatever dose you are using while you are blasting. i personally see no real benefit in stimulating fsh and lh only while cruising. if you want to use hcg i would either use it the whole time (while blasting and cruising) or i would not use it at all. just keep in mind that following a blasting and cruising approach for long periods of time might shut you down permanently or at least will make it very very hard to get your levels back up or close to normal range when you really want to come off later on.

    don’t try to fix things that are not broken! tudca has its place when taking orals but imo not as a year round support. use it when its necessary, otherwhise you are spending money for nothing.

    i think it is worth the money esp. in the offseason.
    it will improve REM sleep, it will increase appetite, it will speed up digestion, it will increase igf1 and hgh output.
    tbh, i think its one of the most underrated and underutilized drugs for ectomorphs or for people that have a hard time to eat as much as they need to.
    just make sure you get “ibutamoren mesylat”.

    i personally cruise on 150mg a week. its obviously your personal decision to stay on or pct and i don’t know your circumstances but usually i would not recommend to stay on after the first cycle. its just not necessary imo.

    keep your test low-moderate, control your estrogen, 150-200mg of acetate at the beginning, slowly build up if needed (wait at least 1-2 weeks until you increase the dose), a max dose for you would be 300mg/week, keep caber, prami or bromo on hand, injections eod.

    finasteride will lower 5alpha reductase (the enzyme that converts test to dht and deca/tren to dhn). however, tren is a very strong androgen so if you are prone to acne, you will get acne, no matter what. there are the usual steps you can take to reduce acne (wash with ketoconazole shampoo, use sunbeds, shower twice a day, change towels and bedsheets frequently, use a loofah, use antibacterial soap, …) but if it gets out of hand i woud drop the tren.

    there is no difference in terms of fat loss. lets say we have a male athlete ending his offseason at 5000 cal (300p/700c/110f).
    we dont pull calories from protein so you can pull either pull some carbs, some fats or both. i would go with carbs first because they are higher. later on if i reduced the carbs down to around 300-400 i would start pulling some fats as well. being able to manipulate carbs and fats will put you in a better position because both have their benefits.
