    jordan, do you personally think you would notice a bigger difference in a persons physique by adding in 1-2 iu of hgh?

    the first thing i notice when i add in peptides is that i get a much deeper sleep. also, if i don’t increase my calories when adding them in, i drop weight. my hair and nails grow faster as well. usually i have to shave every 3-5 days but when i use peptides i have to shave at least every 2-3 days. ive taken 2 iu of norditropine / day and had the exact same effects from it just ab bit stronger.

    i would stick with npp instead of eq. dhb is the reduced bioactive form of eq so
    running eq and dhb at the same time seems pointless to me esp. because dhb has a very strong binding affinity to the AR receptor.

    no, saw palmetto won’t help because it reduces 5alpha reductase (the enzyme thats responsible for converting testosterone to dht).
    this compounds are dht derivated so there is no conversion via the 5alpha reductase enzyme.

    i have never ever came across fake peptides and tbh i doubt that ugls would even bother to fake them.
    ghrp6 (for example) is like 10 quid. seriously, who the fuck would fake a product thats worth 10 quid?

    sorry i have to disagree.
    peptides do work but not to the same extent as a moderate or high doses of gh.

    its not worth running primo lower than 400mg/week (if the primo is dosed correctly). 700-800mg is a hefty dose.

    the best scenario of using inj. l-carnitine would be with insulin. but even on its own its a useful tool. the only thing i don’t like about it is that fact that you have to inject yourself over and over multiple times a day. the constant injections get boring very fast…
    jordan has talked about his personal experience with injectable l-carnitine (i just don’t know if it was in on eof his videos or in a podcast ive listened to)
    i have used it once and was happy with te results.

    just keep the injection intervals shorter to adjust the dose.
    if you inject 250mg e6d you would get 292 total mg / week

    is this your first cycle?

    i basically add both numbers and divide the Summation by 2 to get an average so for example:
    202+203= 405/2 = 202.5

    i weight myself every saturday and sunday on an empty stomach after going to the toilet. when i have both numbers i divide them by 2 and take this number as my new bodyweight. i also take progress pics every or every other weekend. on top of that i log all my days (training/rest/sleep/steps/calories/macros/exercises/sets/strength/updates/how i generally feel) in a diary.
    i’m a bit ocd when it comes to evaluating and collecting data…
