it depends on whats “natural” for you. if we talking about non stimulant based, otc herbs… i would say no.
there are the main mechanisms of how “fatburners” work.
appetite suppression, increasing thermogenesis and stimulation of the central nervous System.
if we can’t stimulate the cnz we are limited to substances that eiter suppress appetite or raise thermogenesis.
the only drugs/substances that come to my mind are:
sibutramine, metformin, dnp, low doses of clen, injectable l-carnitine (and some weird ones like liraglutid, amfepramone,…)e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i would use assisted dumbbell rows as an alternative. you can still try regular tbar rows but i personally would be limited to my lower back strength after doing squats as a first exercise. i think you could get much more out of an assisted rowing movement.
yes it is, if you use the same exercises over and over again, you will stall much faster and it also keeps the workouts more fun if you do different variations.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i would change the t-bar row on “full body 1” to assisted tbar rows because you did squats before. if you overload your lower back too much it will be hard to recover. i also would change the lat pulls on “full body 3” to either rack chins, another bar variation (lat bar, bent d-lat bar or v-handle) or an underhand lat pulldown. on “full body 2” i would change the cable row to either bb or db rows. i personally think that if you are using a cable row, you might be missing out on some lower back and spinal erector development. other than that, it looks good to me.

good decision. you don’t want to go hypo while training (or at any other time of the day lol)!

i personally would rather do 60/60 than 100/20. i personally think that 40/80 would be even better. always keep carbs on hand while training!
i usually have 60-100 carbs pre and another 80 carbs intra followed by 80-120 carbs post.

like i said, i would avoid meals that are high in fat and sodium because this combination can make you hold water more easily, can cause bloat and digestive problems. just eat sensible amounts and choose the better options. i guess you won’t hold huge amounts of water for days from a single meal. tbh i don’t really get why this is so important to you anyway. if you hold a bit of water, you hold a bit of water. after a day or 2 it will be gone.

im not sure what kind of “damage” you are talking about but if you mean gaining fat and water weight i personally would stick to clean food. a off plan meal for me would be an extra portion of things that are aleady included in my diet (even in my offseason). its usually the high fat high sodium meals that cause the problems. if i eat crap my digestive tract will give me finger so i purposely decide to choose the healthier option on the menu. you can always ask for rice instead of fries, you can always ask to cook the meat without extra oil, you can always order chicken, a lean piece or pork or beef or you can go to a sushi place instead of a pub. if you eat something thats more fatty, i would take digestive enzymes and/or a digestif to help with digestion but the best way is to avoid the foods that cause the Problems in the first place.

humalog is active for 2-5 hours. i personally would avoid larger amounts of fat (>10g) at least 3 hours pre and 6 hours post insulin usage. thats almost 10 hours in total so even with a short acting insulin you will be limited to eat fats for a pretty long time if you want to be 100% safe.
when i use insulin, i usually keep fats low throughout the whole day, it just makes it much easier. i consume the fats as far away from my insulin as i can so most of the time ill have like 10g of my fats for breakfast and 10g for lunch and the rest are just tracefats from chicken, oats, grits, cereals, whey, …

a griddle pan is totally fine. just make sure the pan is very very very hot. i usually only season my steaks with pepper, salt and a bit of garlic powder.
i perfere to cook it fresh but sometimes i prep them in advance. if i do so, i cook them medium rare so they stay very juicy. if i don’t want to eat them cold, i can still microwave them and they will still be medium inside.
there is nothing worse than a dry, chewy, overcooked steak.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

the first major difference is that hygetropin is not pharma hgh. it is (and always was) produced by an unlicensed chinese company.
humanotrope is/was supposingly produced by ankebio but i could not find anything on their official website (and tbh, im not familiar with this product).
what exact diference are you looking for? difference in how they are produced, how they act, price, availability, medical application?e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
