its a myth. tren was given to cows to bulk them up and it worked but they coudnt use the meat because it had no marbeling. people assumed that tren had something to do with it (which it has) but thats how the myth started. tren doesnt aromatize so thats the main factor why the cows stayed so lean. once they added estradiol-17β (e2) to the implants, the cows started to gain fat. if you keep aromatase low, fats low and carbs/protein high you will stay lean as fuck on tren but thats not because of a “de novo lipogenesis” inhibiting effect.
Factors:
if you are eliminating most of your dietary fats from your food, whats left is protein and carbs.
gluconeogenesis doesn’t really happen if you are active and carry around a decent amount of muscle mass. we all know that trens nutrient partitioning effects can mitigate access fat gain so you are basically priming your body to shuttle all nutrients into muscle cells and not into fat cells. another effects of tren is that you will sweat a lot more after eating carbs. thats because tren shuttles a part of the access carbs straight into the mitochondria and burn it as heat. tren increases nitrogen retention in muscle tissue so thats why you look much fuller more 3D while taking tren. tren can (and for most people will) have an negative impact on appetite for most people so overeating will be harder.good luck with eating 5000-6000 kalories clean with barely any dietary fat, an improves metabolism and a blunted appetite. combine all these factors together and maybe add hgh on top and it will be very very very hard to put on fat. thats how myths are made!
this is the reason why some people talk so highly about not putting on fat while using tren and some others will say its bullshit. people who use tren with compounds that aromatize at a highe rate (for example high test / low tren) and use moderate fats in their diet obviously won’t get the same effect!

no just because you don’t feel the muscle doesn’t mean that the muscle isnt working. if you feel it all the way till your last rep, thats awesome but if you “only” feel the first (lets say 5) reps and your form stays the same through out the entire set, than thats totally fine imo if its a heavy compound movement. if the given exercise would be an isolation movement that you performe after yiu have done your heavy loading sets (like a hyper extension or a leg extensions) or if the given exercise is for a bodypart thats lagging because you find it hard to connect to it, i would still use as much weight as you can move with perfect form but with focus on learning how to contract and target the muscle. thats a scenario where i would stop as soon as i don’t feel the muscle working. however i still would not stop completely. instead i would do a drop set or a superset to extend the time the muscle has to work. over time, this will help a lot with your muscle mind connection. im still a fan of loading the muscle first before focusing totally on contraction!!!e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

just recently, i switched from liquid egg whites to egg white powder and so far, im very happy. its much cheaper (around 1.4£/l) and you don’t have to keep it refrigerated. i tend to use it for oats or pancakes and it works perfectly fine. they taste a bit different from liquid egg whites but i use flaver drops with them anyway.

its not the same. ive looked it up a while ago.
i think skirt steak is from the cows diaphragm muscles and flank is from the bottom abdominal area of the cow (if i remember corerectly).
flank its a thicker, wider cut. skirt steak more of an intense beefy flavor than flank and it does contain more tough muscle fibers.

agree, you need to maximize every aspect of nutrition and training first before using anabolics.
You need to understand how anabolics work, how to counter side effects and what to do when something goes wrong or not as planed.
its a personal choice, if you don’t feel ready for it, don’t do it.

i would not count grinderd. your last rep can be a bit slower than the other ones but form should never break down and the rep should be continuous without any sticking points. id rather stick to more volume for a couple of sessions than to drop down to a lower rep range with heavier weight. if you have to ask yourself if you should count the rep or not than i would not count it.

sulfuric farts (the ones that smell like “rotten eggs”) are often caused by hydrogen sulfide-producing foods (beans and broccoli or generally maintaining a very high fiber diet) but this could also be a sign that you are lactose intolerant. even if dairy products won’t make you feel ill, it could be your body’s way of telling you that he is having a hard time breaking down the lactose. do you consume a lot of dairy products? do you feel bloated all day long or only after certain meals?

if reprange is 6-9 i would switch to a heavier weight when i hit 9 or 9+ reps for the first time.
i would choose the increment based on how the sets felt, how long you have been able to progress your weight on the given exercise and based on the exercise itself. for my benchpress, that could be anything from 1.25kg-5kg increase / side.
if you have been able to progress your benchpress from (lets say) 190 lbs x 8 to 240 x 8, chances are slim that you will be able to use the same increments as on a chest press machine that you have been doing for only 2 weeks. the more you progress, the smaller the increments get. if the increment was too small or too high, you will notice it straight away.
you also can’t compare a legpress to a lateral raise. on the legpress you can increase the weight by up to 15-20kg at once. for a lateral raise i stick to more volume and a bigger rep range (usually something like 8-15 reps instead of 8-10 or 12-15) before i jump up in weight, otherwhise you will stall very quickly.
another factor is how you feel at the give day, we all have good and bad days. i would not go by a set in stone increment. as long as you are moving Forward in reps, in weight or both you are doing fine! just go by feele-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
