5-10mg a day will lower my bp by ~15-20 points.
i always had “higher” bp (sys 130-140, dia 60-75, puls 60-70) but as soon as i crack the 200lbs mark, my systolic bp increases to 140-155.
gear usually won’t increase my bp a lot (except for high doses of eq or oxy) but my bodyweight does!
i always was very skinny (120lbs @ 173 cm) and my body does not like to be too heavy.go for it, its very unhealthy to have a high bp for long periods of time.
try out a few different ones and find out whats best for you.

there are many different types of bp med.
beta blockers, ace inhibitors, diuretics, calcium channel blockers and angiotensin II receptor blockers (or sartans) are the most common ones.
they all have their pros and cons. lisinopril falls under the category of ace inhibitors.when your doc tells you that “there are much better BP meds available now” he might be true in terms of bp lowering effects but lisinopril has very little side effects and does what it is supposed to do. we are not looking for the stronges or most efficient bp med here! we are looking for a drug thats lowering our bp a touch without giving us additional side effects (the most optimal one for our needs).
understand the mechanisms of how this drugs work will also help you to make a good decision.
for example: the old beta blockers would not be my drug of choice here because they will basically do the opposite of what clen does. thats why a common side effects is weight gain (the new ones like carvedilol usually don’t have this side effect anymore).imo, the best options for a bodybuilder or an performance athlete are sartans and ace inhibitors.

·make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day
·use sodium and electrolyte drinks pre and/or intra workout. i always buy empty gelatin capsules and fill them with salt
·stretching and foam rolling after your workouts can make a big difference as well.

i would suggest doing it the way robbie just explained. we could give you a number but might be totally wrong and you would either loose weight too fast or even gain weight depending on your metabolism. when i look at your pictures, i would assume that you are probably eating between 4500 and 5500 calories to maintain your weight.
So, weigh yourself, track your calories for 1-2 weeks, weigh yourself again and adjust accordingly. at the beginning i would cut pretty aggressively (750-1000 cal deficit / day) that should give you a 1.5-2 lbs drop in bodyfat within a week. after the first 10lbs (or so), i would slow down and reduce calories slower (200-600cal drop) depending on the speed you are loosing weight.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

yeah but even that would equate to 450mg of cardarine a day for a 200lbs male athlete.
a usual dose for cardarine is 10-20mg/day. thats 22.5 times more than what people take as a max. dose.for example:
500mg of aspirin up to 3x a day will help with pain and inflammation but 11.250g up to 3x a day will kill you.
this doesn’t mean that aspirin isn’t a relatively safe drug to use (if used correctly).

its halflife is around 2-4 days so you technically could get away with 2 injections / week. however i would advise 3 injections for people who are prone to its side effects. if i take 2 instead of 3 shots (even with a low doses of 150-200mg/ week), i could tell the difference straight away.
