    be careful with PPIs. they only treat symptomes and usually make things even worse when you stop taking them.

    usually good. its one of the cheapest hgh products out there.
    they are widely available and if you have a good and cheap source, you can get a 100iu kit for 80-100 quid.

    how long it too long?!?!
    once you are shut down, you are shut down! it doesn’t matter if it has been 2 months or 15 months (aside from testicular size). once you are shut down and your balls have shrunk, it doesn’t really make a difference anymore. its the same with the dosages, 100mg of test will shut you down to the same extend as 1500mg of test. from this point on, it can’t really get worse as long as you are not staying on for years and years without taking a break. doing pct too often is imo worse than staying on for “longer” pesiods of time. its much more stress for your body and in terms of progress, b&c is a better option as well.
    going off after every cycle is worse for your hpta than staying on a b&c protocol esp. if you don’t plan on staying off for a longer period of time after you did your pct. doing a pct followed by only 8-12 weeks of staying off is almost worthless imo. lets say you stop in august. until the esters have cleared your system, at least 1 month will pass, than another 6-8 weeks for pct, thats already 3 more than motnths until your pct is over. 4 more weeks and its new year. thats just my thought process behind it 🙂

    i would still start with 3 or 4 injections/ day but only take a lower dose. peptides work best when they are taken more often because there is only a certain amount of gh, your pituitary can release at once. i would start with 75/57 and slowly increase the dose. i take my peptides upon waking (6:15), in the morning (9:00-9:15) and 30-45 min before i eat my pre workout meal (15:15-15:30). if i wake up at night to go to the toilet, i sometimes take an extra shot. the most important thing when taking peptides it to wait at least 2 hours after a meal and to wait at least 30-40 min before eating your next meal. otherwhise you will blunt the gh releasing effects (because of insulin secretion). When you push higher dosages, you can take 200mg of EGCG 3-4 times a day to get more out of it. EGCG will work as a somatostatin inhibitor and will increase the effects of the peptides. im using peptides/insulin for quite some time now so if you have any questions feel free to ask.

    haha ye its quite a bit of text to read through…
    it works, you just can’t compare its effects to a serm or an ai.
    i personally haven’t used it yet but a few friends of mine have and reportes good results so i guess its worth trying it.
