grape seed extract, boron and zinc can help but only to a certain extent…
the only other “supplement” that comes to my mind would be 3-deoxy-7-oxo-DHEA but but i def. would not consider this a “Natural Anti Estrogen or Anti Aromatase supplements”

i would start with a dc stretch after training quads and work my way up slowly.

3-4 lbs a week is too fast! i usually shoot for 1-1.5 lbs a week. don’t run yourself down!George,

i would train them eod. even if your volume is low, they still need time to recover, otherwhise they won’t grow. training them daily is just too much!

im not denying that high e2 will grow your prostate but you will usually notice when e2 is out of range (water retention, mood swings, gyno sympthomes,…).

sounds good to me mate. cruising is always an option!
i would say it depends on your bodyfat levels. i loose fat fast so im usually fine with 3-4 weeks of aggressive cutting.

i tried it for a couple of months and i liked its effects. however i personally prefer ipamorelin because it won’t increase your hunger as much (useful while dieting). i personall would combine the hexarelin with a ghrp or a mod grf 1-29 because they will work in synergy. using peptides can get a bit tricky because you need to inject at certain times (at least 30 mins pre meal and with at least 1.5-2hours time after your last meal). i personally do it like this:
wake up, shoot my peptides, wait 30 minutes, eat breakfast, go to work. at 9:00 ill take mym peptides again. food at 9:30, eat lunch at 12:30 and take my next shot at 15:00. 30 minutes later i eat my pre workout meal, than i drive to the gym and take my pre and/or post workout insulin followed by my post workout meal. when i wake up at night to go to the toilet, i go to the fridge and take my 4th shot.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

protein is not protein. they all have different amino acid profiles and micro nuitrients.
so ideally, we want to consule an adequate proportion of all nine of the essential amino acids (complete protein sources).
