    try npp insteas of deca and watch your fat/sodium intake! i bet your bp is caused by holding access water!
    why is everyone so worried about loosing muscle on a short cut? you won’t loose any muscle in this short period of time, esp. not if you bf is over 10%. as long as protein intake is reasonable, you are eating frequently, you are training hard and you have at least a bit of test (200mg) floating around in your body, you don’t have to worry about loosing muscle.

    i noticed the effects pretty fast (probably 10-14 days after my first shot) but it took like 5 or 6 weeks to see the first results in muscle gain.

    ive used deca in the past but switched to npp 2 years ago. i never really liked deca but npp is different. less sides, easier to control (because of its shorter hl) , less water! almost feels like a different drug to me!
    its the same with tren, never liked the enanthate ester because it gave me so much more side effects than the acetate. couldn’t sleep on tren e, but on tren a it was much better, night sweats… horrible on tren e but barely any on tren a. same with agression. some people will argue that this is not possible because its the same drug but the length of the ester seems to make a difference for me. it probably has something to do with the speed, the drug gets released and its effects on plasma levels.

    a carbload is not the same as a refeed.

    on a carbload, you increase carbs but you usually stay somehow close to your caloric threshhold (you might go a bit higher but not a lot) so this days are usually pro/carb only days. this day only serves the purpose of filling your glycogen stores.

    on refeed days, you consume more calories to boost metabolism.

    very reasonable dosing! i like that! i am not a big eq fan. its very weak and you won’t get much out of it if you are using less than 300mg/week. however some people like it and seem to get good results from it… i personally would try 350mg test with 150-200mg of npp.

    it will boost your strength so you will be able to lift heavier/train harder which will result in holding on to more muscle while dieting. Also, bigger spike in plasma levels at the right time = bigger effect. thats my thought process.

    agree with corinne, i would add them in and run the program for a couple of weeks. if you can’t recover, you can always lower the volume. we all recover at a diffrent rate and can handle different amounts of volume. keep in mind that your body will need some time to adjust to the new program anyways… i would give it a try and see how it works out for you.

    i wouldn’t bother tbh. ment has been around for ages but was promoted a lot recently, so its not this new secret weapon that all these companies want you to believe… it usually comes with a lot of side effects very simular to tren, just worse …(estrogen and prolactin related since it is a 19nor that will convert into a very potent estrogen called 7-alpha-methyl-estradiol).its an extremely wet compound with a stong AR receptor binding. it can be used transdermally, orally and as an injectable (obviously best option in terms of absorption). if you want to try it, start low (25mg/ day) and taper up slowly if needed.

    that could be one reason for it. however, your lower back will always take a hit when you do squats. i usually start with a legpress and do my squats afterwards. this way you are saving your lower back for the 2nd movement but you will still be able to maximally load your quads. i would record your squat sets and watch it at home. analyse your form, your torso should be as upright of possible. if your form is good, you could try to take 3-5 g of taurine. this can help with lower back pumps but i personally would just switch the order of your exercises and see how it goes.

    ephedrine and caffein are totally fine. i would say it depends on how your bp looks right now without the stims but as long as you stay in a safe range, i think the 4 weeks of slightly elevated bp are not a big deal. just keep an eye on it. if it gets too high, there is always the option of lowering the dose or dropping the ephedrine completely.

    i would be more concerned about dht conversion than estrogen.
    dht has a direct impact on prostate growthe.
    saw palmetto and pumpkin seeds are a good choice. pygeum bark and stinging nettle are great too.

    just pick something that is easy to digest, easy to eat, high in protein, high in carbs, low in fat and ofc is something that you enjoy ????
    bagels, cereals, jam, whey, fruite, almond milk, cereal bars, fruit bars, whatever …

    i think switching compounds would overcomplicate things.
    this might sound weird but i personall like to lower my gear to a minimum and use this time as a clearout phase. however i like to blast fatburners and add a lot of cardio to really maximize fatloss (clen, eca, yohimbine/rauwolscine, whatever i have on hand). this strategy always worked great for me as long as i kept my minicuts within a 4-6 week timeframe.
