aaah you don’t live in the uk. than i would stick with pharma gear and preload the syringes or do 250 e6d.
or you order ugl gear from the uk. i know a lot of people who do it this way.

i would stick to npp if you use nandrolone for the first time. imo, npp is a much better compound for various reasons!
decas long halflife is a pain in the ass. takes ages to build up, takes ages to get out of your system, imo more side effects, not really what you want if you try a compound for the first time.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

as a male, i wouldn’t run it as a standalone. its a weak compound so i will shut you down for nothing. in fact, all serms are pretty much useless in terms of muscle building (maybe 70+ athletes are an exception ????) .

your thinking too complicated mate!
with 250mg/ml you need to inject 1.2ml/ week to get 300mg in total so just do 2 injections with 0.6ml each.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

and you will hold on to your strength a lot easier while being in a caloric deficit. even in the offseason, i like to use var because of its muscle building properties. its one of the most underrated drugs imo

i would do it like this: back, hams, quads, presses, laterals, biceps, triceps
with most heavy rows, you will activate the hamstrings as well. doing hamstrings before quads, won’t take away from loading quads. presses will set your body up for delts and triceps. after the heavy presses your triceps can rest a bit while doing laterals so you can load it more optimally after biceps. biceps after chest usually feels very good. triceps after biceps to increase bloodflow to your arms. thats my thought process behind it.
in terms of volume a workout could look like this:2 sets pullups/lat pulldowns/rack chins
2 sets seated cable rows/machine rows/t-bar rows/db rows
2 sets legcurl variation (seated, standing, lying)/sldl/ wide stance leg press
2 sets legpress
2 sets hacksquat/smith squat/bb squat/front squats
3 sets incline smith press/incline db press/machine incline press/incline barbell press
3 sets side laterals standing/steated/cables/machine
2 sets db curls/machine curls/cable curls
2 sets dips/scull crushers/close grip benchpress/overhead db extensionsthats 20 sets total. i would give it a try and adjust volume down if you can’t recover from it but 20 sets are usually doable.

as above. you can grow muscle only at a certain rate, so all calories that are added ontop of your needed surplus will get stored as fat. i like to shoot for 500-800g of added bodyweight / month. for me, thats a good rate to grow muscle without adding too much bodyfat. if you have a very fast metabolism or you are only pushing up for a short period of time (8-10 weeks), you migth get away with a higher surplus.
