    while being in a caloric deficiti, i only use it for carbloads/refeeds because in this phase, fatloss is my priority ????
    not that insulin will make me fat but i like to go flat for a couple of days before i fill out to see where im at. so far, this system worked best for me.

    most people have shitty ankle mobilility
    an elevated heel will allow you to drive your knees more forward so you can keep your torso more upright (shifting forward centre of gravity). this takes load off your lower back and increases tension on your quads. an elevated heel will also shift the main pressur from your mid foot to your toes which will allow better quad activation.

    most people will cruise or only do pct only once a year. even if they do pct, most advanced guys will never come off completely(still bridging with at least hgh or ghg and insulin). once you have surpassed your natural genetic potential, there is no way you can hold on to all of your excess muscle mass for longer periods of time so what a lot of people will do is, they will do pct, bridge with hgh and go on back cycle after a a few months time (or once they start to loose muscle).

    on my first pct i did nolva only but since my 2nd cycle i always used nolva, clomid and hcg, which is imo the best scenario.
    i personally find hcg to be one of the most important things when it comes to pct.
    it can speed up hpta recovery a lot.

    i only do carb loads when i go very flat (for me thats usually after 8-12 days on low carbs).
    the amount of carbs you need will depend on your bodyweight, how empty you are, your metabolism and your bodys ability to store glycogen.

    at the end of a diet (no contest prep) i am usually comsuming 120-150g of carbs / day. i tend to load on 600-800g of carbs on my carbload days. most of the time, i load on a couple ius of insulin to improve the uptake and make the load more efficient.

    do you gain weight on your current caloric intake? if yes how fast?
    if you are gaining weight at a decent rate, you are not undereating, just hungry ????

    how bad is your hunger on a scale from 1-10?
    how many calories do you consume atm? how do your meals look like? do you eat greens? how much do you drink?

    i would focus more on training weak points first on every workout rather than rotating between thickness and width.
    lets say your back looks ok but your upper back is lagging, than i would start with variations of high rows first. for example:

    assisted t-bar rows, high cable rows, high machine rows or high db rows
    than i would do the rest of my workout (deadlift and rowing variations, diffrenet pulldown/pullup variations and pullovers)

    do this until your upper back matches the rest of your back, than look for the next weak point and adjust your training accordingly.

    jokes aside…
    i see no problems with eating steak and eggs as your main protein source.
    you get your healthy fats from egg yolks, some from steak and your micros from veggies.
    im sure 90% of us would love to be able to have steak more often.

    no worries mate.
    like i said.. its a great investment!
    i always felt like a junkie when i had to use syringes in public or even in the changing room.
    a pen is much more socially acceptable and its so convenient.
