    but its true, people tend to forget about you because most people know you more as an athlete, than as a coach.
    i assume that you will share most of jordans oppinions on training, diet, supps, ect.. but are there sometimes things/decisions you tend to disagree with him.?

    do you eat vegetables? if not i would add 1 or 2 cups of spinach to every meal.
    i would also look into linseed/flaxseed!

    agree! after a cruise, your body will be fresh and more responsive to the drugs so you get away with using less (which is always ideal)

    you don’t need a prescription for the pen!
    if you want one, just buy a “novo pen” and “novofine needles” on amazon! its a great investment!
    i always take my pen with me in a small cooler bag.

    there is absolutely no need for compounds like tren!!!
    npp might be an option but tbh, i still would stick to test only (at least for the first 2 or 3 cycles).

    i would be careful with anadrol if you are gyno prone. anadrol does not aromatize but it can raise your prolactin levels and cause gyno even if e2 is in range!!! some people might argue that anadrol activates the estrogen receptor itself but (as far as i know) this theory has never been proven.
    make sure you keep caber on hand!

    i actually have but like you said… once your pituitary gland reaches its limit, its over. i like to run 15 mk with 2 injections of 300mcg ghrp6 and 75mcg cjc no dac (each) a day. the first one upon waking and the 2nd one 3-4 hours later. thats seems to be the sweetspot for me.

    i would let them recover, you won’t be able to get much out of your workout if you are in pain.
    however, what you could do is to go through the movement without using heavy weight (~50% of the weight you normally would use). you can stretch everything, increase blood flow and you will be able to feel exactly what part of the muscle is working on which exercise. this helped me personally a lot to find out how to target my outer quad sweep on hacksquats and leg presses.

    i personally like mk677 a lot esp. for increasing hunger and its benefits on sleep quality.
    some people tend to hold a lot of water on it and insulin use might make you hold even more water so you have to watch your blood pressure and how you feel in general. however, mk might be an option! i still feel that i get better results with peptides though.

    i shoot everything eod, regardless of ester length. with 300mg a week, you could theroretically inject only once a week if you don’t get any side effects! otherwhise i would switch to at least 2 injections a week. the more stable your blood levels are, the less side effects you will get.
