agree. there is no such thing as “the best” split.
your body and your ability to recover can change daily/weekly/monthly. everyone has different weakpoint that need to be adressed and so on..
stick with a program that you enjoy and that allows you to make good progress.
i will probably use a high frequency/low volume based program as long as i am able to train.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

love crumpets as well but sadly its almost impossible to get them here in austria. however, we got pretzels!!! i eat at least 3 of them every day. very carb dense, easy to eat, easy to digest, super cheap and very tasty.

insulin is super cheap so the statement that its “a waste” if you clearly get an effect is just silly imo.
it might be not the best scenario but you will still be able to build muscle and increase recovery while using it.
if you can’t afford or find real gh, and you want to use low or moderate amounts of slin, its def. worth to invest at least into peptides.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

insulin and gh work in synergy! slin can put a lot of muscle on you, but in the process you will also get fatter (esp, if your diet is not set up specifically for insulin use). gh will minimize/prevent this by having a direct impact on lipolysis. so as a result, you can use more insulin which results in bette recovery and muscle growth without putting on a lot of bodyfat. in addition, gh will also aid in better recovery, deeper sleep, healing and strengthening of connective tissue and a further increase in igf1.
i have used it without gh or peptides and sill got good results from it but when adding peptides, i can run it higher without getting much fatter.
i think its worth running even without gh as long as you keep the dose low.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

provided, you have real igf (which is very unlikely)
IM will peak faster so imo would be the way to go if you want to get the maximum out of it around your workout.
SUBQ would be more of a slow but more sustained release.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i get 5000iu for 7 quid straight from my pharmacy so everything under 20 is a fair price blackmarket price imo

yes, you just can’t expect to stay as lean if you use it on its own but the benefits will be the same.
i personally stack it with peptides (ghrp6 & cjc) with great success.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i would say the results speak for themselves… and thats all that matters to me!
it is definitely a great tool but its probably not for everyone…e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i personally see no benefit in using sust over e, prop or cyp. it just makes it harder to keep blood levels stable imo.

ive tried the hs smith a couple of times and never liked it much for exactly the same reasons.
however i like doing squats in it. thats basically the only movement i like to use it for.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i also enjoyed your log a lot! its funny how interesting “boring things” can get if its not your own everyday life …

i guess 99% of us are facing or will face this problem at a certain point of their journey. if you want it bad enough you will find a way.

a bit upper body dominant but other than that, everything looks good to me.
i still prefer training every bodypart twice a week, even if i only do 2-3 movements but if you like this setup, i see no reason not to train this way 🙂e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
