if nandrolon is added, i would definitely go lower (maybe something like 300-350 test with 150-200 npp). if he uses 800 mg of total anabolics for his 2nd cycle, he will run out of options very soon! in would keep at least the first 3 cycles as basic and low as possible (preferably test only with max 100mg increase in dosage / cycle).

@Morning_Iron
just a quick tip in terms of allergy. i have the same problem with apples but if they are cooked, im fine. the heat seems to destroy the allergens so if you want to eat bananas (for example with your oats), just try to microwave them with your oats.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

true, aside from your steroid choice, there are multiple other factors to reduce acne as much as possible.
as jdh already said, sunbeds, body hygiene, changing towels and bed sheets frequently, using antibacterial soap/ketoconazole shampoo, using a loofah and zinc creme are just a few of them. if you still can’t controle it, there is always the pissibility of using accutane as a last Option (but i would try everything else first).e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

it won’t lower test levels. it can lower dht (the bioactive form of test that is converted vial the 5alpha reductase enzyme).
some might experience gyno symptomes as a side effect but thats why i would start low and taper up slowly. gyno isnt something that occurs over night! it taked time for gyno to form and if this should happen, you will notice it. your nipples will start to get sensitive or start to hurt first. if you experience symptoms like this, just stop taking the saw palmetto and you should be fine withing a fes days.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

imo, if optimal hpta recovery is the goal (which it should always be if you come off) hcg should be a staple in every pct and while being on cycle!

serms and aromatase inhibitors are different. serms will prevent estrogen binding to certain receptors and ais will bind to the aromatase enzyme which is responsible for converting test to estrogen. this means that with a serm, estrogen will still be present and floating around in your blood but unable to bind to certain receptors (thats why they are called selective estrogen receptor modulators). an ai will prevent the formation of estrogen. than there are 2 different kinds of aromatase inhibitors. steroidal and non-steroidal ais. aromasin is a steroidal ai that will deactivate the enzyme permenently, preventing a rebound in estrogen. letro and adex are non-steroidal and can cause a rebound when they are stopped completely.
imo, ais (mainly aromasin and adex) will be superior for estrogen control. if you have gyno symptoms you want to stop gyno from forming, a combination of serms and ais will be the best scenario (in some severe cases even short term use of letro might be arguable). otherwhise than that, i would only use sarms for pct.

call me crazy but
i would do your 2nd cycle with less gear (at least for the first 6-8 weeks).i would start with 400mg a week. you will rebound very quick and you will even be able to build new muscle on this dose which leaves you in a better position for your next cycle! if your progression should be too slow, there is always the option of adding another 100-150mg of test to your cycle. i often used the same doses for 2-3 times in a row and was always able to make new progress with the same amount of gear. moth people will tell you to add more gear every cycle but for the first couple of cycles, i would do the opposite (esp. if you started with more than 400mg of gear). i promise you, you haven’t been able to get the most out of this dose! later on, there will be times where you have to add more gear to make new progress again.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

honey is a good one! also tortilla wraps are easy to eat and very high in carbs. fill them with beans, ground beef, avocado, mozzarella and you have a tasty, high calorie meal.
also nuts as a snack between every meal will increase yourcalories very fast without killing your hunger. i always liked peanutbutter/banana sandwiches (you can even add jelly or honey on top).e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

best scenario imo would be eod injectionse-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

what kind of medication are you taking?

yes, there are horizontal and vertical diets.
horizontal diets contain all food sources.
a vertical diet is bases on a limited number of foods that are micronutrient dense, highly bioavailable, and, easily digestible they basically use steak and rice only!
in between they are allowed to have eggs, oranges/orange juice, carrots and cooked veggies (low-gas veggies).
thats basically the whole concept of vertical dietingfrom a performance standpoint, i really like this setup but as everything, it has it pros and cons.
pros: good digestion, high micro nutrient content, simple and easy
cons: possibility of developing food intolerances over time, high cost of steak, monotonous diete-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

in my blasts, i am still below1g of total gear/week (i could use more but its my personal choice not to). i can use 2 or 3 muscle groups to rotate without running into issues (usually gluteus mamixus/medius, delts and lats).
