    ive tried 6 or 7 different spots and i always had swelling even on milder compounds. i won’t touch the anymore 😀
    i rather inject every other bodypart than quads (except calves and traps)!

    i would say its more likely a digestive problem.
    have you tried to take probiotics and to optimize your digestion with digestive enzymes? if not, i would give it a try.
    don’t try to force down huge amounts of food at the end of the day. this will fuck up your digestion and your hunger very fast!
    instead i would stick to more calorie dense foods throughout the day.

    same for me, i tried to grow them on PPL and they barely got bigger even if i got a lot stronger on all my movements.
    since i started to do an extra arm day with more focus on contraction instead of heavy loading and just moving weight, they started to grow a lot.

    you could also try something like legs/push/pull/arms/legs push/pull/rest repeat?!
    heavy loading on PPL days and contraction focused workouts on arm days.

    there is/was so much bs on the enhanced athlete channel… the main reason they did their videos was to promote and sell their shit.

    everybody is different and the only way to find out if it works for you or not is to try it out for yourself.
    if nandrolones won’t give you side effects, you could give it a try but for all others, lower nandrolone with higher test will probably be the better option.
    i personally know a couple of people who have tried it and they all have stopped because of major libido issues.

    if somebody wants to try this experiment, i would recommend using npp instead of deca so you can abort your cycle if you should run into problems instead of having to wait for weeks until the deca will get out of your system.

    i personally couldn’t do it!

    i have used (and still use) it with ghrp6 (150mcg)/cjc no dac (75mcg) 3x a day and so far had great success with it.
    i have also used insulin on its own and def. put on more fat!
    ipamorelin, cjc and ghrps (provided they have a high gerade of purity) are a cheap and effective “alternative” if real gh is too expensive or hard to source.
    however you can’t compare their effects to a moderate dose of real pharma hgh.

    your protocol sounds good to me!
    most of the time do 1mg ed for 10-14 days and than stop it completely. however, for me, the effects usually last almost the whole summer.

    yes and no. its about finding balance and your personal sweetspot.
    imo, possible option would be:

    test (def. an option if used in moderation)
    eq (low aromatase rate, perfect in this case)
    npp (low aromatization, low androgenity)
    primo (its a dht but it is very mild and has very low androgenic properties so this might be worth trying)

    the thing is, even if this drugs should not cause acne for most people, in some they do.
    there is “the norm” but not everyone is going to fit into the norm…
    you really have to try out different combinations and dosages to find your personal sweet spot.

    here are some ideas:

    test/eq (1/2 ratio) thats pretty save imo!
    eq/npp (maybe at a 3/1 ratio) still very save imo.
    eq/test/npp (2/1/1 ratio) a bit more conversion to e2 on this one but still a good option.

    i personally would use short esters (if possible) and start low at a dose you know you can tolerate without having a lot of problems. than i would slowly increase the dose every other week until you either reached your peak dose you want to use or get to a point where you don’t want to risk any more side effects. than maybe try another combination of drugs, start low again and work your way up.

    don’t get me wrong, drugs work!! they will make you look fuller rounder, stronger, you might even gain a bit of muscle. i can’t deny that but if you do everything correctly you should not need anabolics to cut! if this is a regular cut, you should not loose any muscle at all (if you want to cut down to or close to contest shape, thats another story…). if you want to drop from (lets say) 12 to 8% bf there is no need for anabolics. do it slow, take your time and save the anabolic for later on. just my 2 cents though…

    i would use it pre or post workout.
    if you use it pre, just make sure you use food sources that you digest well so your reefeed won’t interfere with your workout.

    you could also load the day before but im not a big fan of this method. i never got a lot out of loading the day before.
    for me personally, pre, post or splitting it up to pre and post works much better.

    agree
    avoiding strong androgens (things like tren), most orals, dhts, keeping estrogen/progesterone/prolactin in range and keeping blood levels as stable as possible (doing 2-3 injections a week even when using long esters) will minimize the chances of getting acne.
