15g/iu is very safe imo
you can double it if you want to. i think starting higher and slowly reducing carbs over time to find your sweet spot is smart. carb intake on slin is very person dependant and it also depends on the insulin you are using. so far, ive tried, novorapid, humalog and apidra and i have to say that insulin choice makes a huge difference. fast acting insulin is not fast acting insulin. apidra is by far the fastest followed by humalog and novo.
i would have a good amount of fast and easy digesting carbs about 1h pre workout. i always use pretzels but you could use bagels, rice or oats as well. i tend to have around 90g carbs pre. than when i take my insulin shot, i immediately start sipping on my intra until 1/3 is gone. i start to warm up and than after every or every 2nd set i take a sip. don’t dillute your intra too much. i like to have mine at around 500-600ml max. i tend to use 8-10g of carbs depending on the insulin i use (less on novo and huma and more on apidra). if you have any questions feel free to ask ????e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

ive used it twice, two years ago. i felt absolutely amazing when i woke up and thats why i stopped it. it puts you in rem sleep immediately .
a lot of people use GBL because the body converts it to GHB. imo, this stuff has a big potential for addiction so be careful with it if you use it. it does interact with a lot of drugs and its quite hard to dose properly.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

50g carbs sounds good but keep some simple carbs on hand, just in case something is going wrong…
on a leg day i would use more carbs. i would use at least 15g/iu.
had a few unpleasant moments with 10g/iu on leg days. nothing major but started to feel the first hypo symptoms and they ruined the rest of my workout/day.

i would use as much test as you can tolerate without getting side effects and add primo on top if you can’t afford 800 primo a week.
i also thought about running 600 primo for my next offseason but i doubt that the results will be worth the money so i probably save the money.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

it depends.. if you struggle to get your calories in and you have a fast metabolism, cheat meals are a useful tool but
i personally think that they are overused esp. by people who have no business using them in the first place or if they

i would run the test higher and npp lower so you don’t run into prolactin issues.
i personally see no point in running npp higher if you have to add another drug to the mix to counteract side effects that would have been avoidable in the first place. npp is a bit more anabolic and less androgenic than test but i don’t think that you would even notice the difference in Terms of progress. i also see no point in adding masteron in the offseason. its a pretty weak anabolic and is mainly used for cosmetic effects. also its a dht and will have a greater impact on your lipids than test (which would be way more beneficial in terms of muscle gain).
i would rather do something like this:
Week 1-4 – test 400mg pw
Npp 200mg pw
Week 4-10 – test 450mg pw
Npp 250mg pw
Week 10-13 – test 500mg pw

bloodwork is the most accurate way. technically, if you know what could cause the problem you could try to fix it without bloodwork but if you fail, you could make things worse… if i had to guess i’d say your problem is prolactin related. is there any reason why you are running a serm instead of an ai?

dht is not the only hormone that can causen acne. you also need to watch your estrogen and prolactin! if possible, take showers multiple times a day, change your bed sheets and towels every couple of days, use sunbeds and use antibacterial soap for your affected bodyparts (usually shoulders, chest and back). if dht is the reason than washing with nizarol shampoo might help. if nothing helps, a low dose of accutane while being on cycle (10-20 eod) will make a big difference without creating side effects!
