    with 1.5 mg of adex, your e2 might be in range but you can’t be 100% sure without bloods. have you only tested for e2 or for prolactin as well? i would not frontload adex.

    25-30 mg a day is a good beginner dose.
    would take all at once pre workout as well.

    even long term use of caffeine can cause cardiovascular problems but this doesn’t mean that you can’t or should not use caffeine…
    just be sensible with dosing and duration of your cycles. take as much as need to take but as little as possible! the dose makes the poison.

    bodybuilders usually use so many different substances that its hard to pinpoint 1 drug as the cause for heart desease.
    i guess its always person dependant and dose dependant as well…
    however, i am almost 100% sure that high amounts of clen will certainly not be beneficial for cardiovascular health.

    100% agree with robbie. never measure the effectiveness of a drug by its side effects.
    some drugs will come with noticable side effects (especially at bodybuilding dosages) but this doesn’t mean that the side effects are linear to the effects.
    just let your bodyweight and your visual look dictate the dosage. i ensure you that most people will still loose weight even if they don’t get side effects anymore. the dosage will just dictate how fast you will burn fat. every increase in dosage will amplify the thermogenic effects of clen, mediated by the stimulation of the beta2 receptor. however if you burned “enought” fat, so you hit your new maintanance calories, you obviously need to either, decrease your calories or upp the clen to make further progress.

    this is very person dependant but i would say as little as possible.
    i personally can feel the effects of 20mcg a day so i don’t use much of it.

    please give us some background info about your previous cycles/dosages.
    in the offseason, you don’t need a lot of drugs to grow. i would put my main focus on food and training.
    my advise would be to keep things simple.
    a moderate dose of test as a base + nandrolone, eq or primo and gh on top will give you great results.

    @BlackCoffee no because my blood tends to clot too fast. it didn’t work for me. after 2 or 3 blood drops, i stop bleeding.

    the good news are that your test levels are fine.
    the bad news are that have no e2 , prolactin and shbg readings!
    imo, that would have been the 3 most important values aside from test when it comes to libido issues…

    it depends, i tend use this days to try out new exercise variations , different angles and/or shoot for higher volume.

    if i have a really really bad day (happens maybe once or twice a year) where i can’t even get a pump and every movement feels just wrong, i leave the gym, stuff my face with sushi and go for a long nap instead. ????

    build a good mind muscle connection first but don’t bother doing this on your loagind exercises.
    as last exercise, do (for example) single leg leg extensions and try to pull only with your sweep or do sissy squats in the hacksquat machine and try to target your sweep. weight is totally irrelevant at this point. you could also do this 1 or 2 days after training legs when you are sore!
    learn how to activate the sweep and over time, it will grow. ill promise you!

    if its a regular diet without a time limit than i would try to avoid fat burning compounds as much as possible (except for harsh mini cuts).
    i personally would not use t3 on a regular diet (in contest prep only and even there, i would only use it for the last 4-6 weeks max). a bit of clen migth be ok if your progress starts to stall and you have reached <10% bf to push throught plateaus.
