i do because my t levels have been at the low end of range since i was 19 (im 28 now) started using 2.5 years ago, out of frustration because i was in the same situation as you are right now…

its always smart to start your bulk cycle as lean as possible but if you are in acceptable shape you should be fine imo. 20 lbs for 12 weeks is absolutely acceptable imo. you will be a bit soft and chubby till the end but we are not talking about being fat. chances are good that you will still look full and muscular. i would go for it.

i personally like to do contrast showers, this really increases the blood flow and reduces the swelling for me.

here is my oppinion :
if 2 all out sets will allow you to get in a sufficient amount of volume within the workout, than stick with it.
i personally think that you are might missing out on potential growth if you just do 2 sets to failure on every exercise.
what i usually tend to do it to do either 1 set to failure followed by 1-2 submax sets to bring my volume up.
that seems to work best for me. i tried 2 submax sets followed by 1 all out set but i found that the submax sets still hinder me using maximal loading on my all out sets so i disregarded this method for the most part. its just common sense to me that if i move more total weight for more reps (which is only possible if you do your heavy loadig first), you will get better progress. the only exception would be days where i feel beat up or when i purposely want to pre fatigue a muscle because of an injuries/niggle. i think a submax set followed by a set to failure and another submax set also might be an option for bodyparts like legs where you slowly want to work up to your max weight (to prevent injury).another effective method that will work is if you do (lets say) 4 exercises for a given bodypart and you do the first 2 exercises to failure and on the last 2 exercises you do submax sets to increase the volume (because heavy loading won’t be as efficient anymore since you will already be very exhausted by the first 4 heavy loading sets). this method might be smarter for people who struggle to keep the intensity up the whole workout and this might also reduce cns stress if you tend to struggle with recovery.
i think they all have their place and there is no “right or wrong approach” here, it all depends on the induvidual, how he likes to train, his/her ability to recover, injuries, and the individual response to training volume in general.

honestly, if your test is low in the first place, i would visit your gp and look if you qualify for trt.
for a short timeframe, your levels might be higher but thew will drop after all the pct drugs are out of your system.
if you do pct, chances are high that your endogenous test production will be even lower afterwards.
and if they will get even lower than before, there is no way you can hold on to your new muscle mass.
you might even go backwards and you will feel shitty.

i do single leg leg extensions after my quad workout and try to pull with my outer quad. my sweep got better since adding them in.

man..thats a shitty spot for a lacrosse ball… if you try to break it up, you will be in a world of pain… i would do multiple short but agressive sessions every other day. good luck mate

how big is it? i once had this problem with a shallow shot on my right glute and i tried to break it up with a lacrosse ball. this was very painful… but it worked ????

usually you cut until you see the desired results depending on your goal. some people loose fat faster than others so you are done when you are done, there is no set in stone time how long a cut should be. it depends on your starting point, your effort, your ability to loose fat, your goal, your disciplin, natural or enhanced and many other variables. tell us your current stats and your goal and we will try to help you.
