obviously a comparison would be like comparing apples to oranges, since both are totally different substances and work through different mechanisms but i am almost 100% sure that a 2 week dnp cycle on less than 200mg a day won’t give you more health probems than 4-6 weeks of clen, however you will burn fat 4 to 5 times faster.
i am worried about the cataracts but when you use it at a low dose for a short period of time, chances are very very low. also, cataracts don’t happen over night…
the eod dosing is just common sense to me. the biggest probem people run into is not thinking about dnps halflife and its cumulative effect so taking it eod will slow cumulation down and you make the effects and side effects much more manageable.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

yes and no. i would say it depends on the person but in general, if you are not prone to prolactin issues, its probably one of the best compounds for bulking and can be used for cutting as well. i personally see it more as an bulking agent.

i found 300 eod to be the perfect dose for me. i actually believe that dnp might be a lot “healthier” than taking a moderate or high dose of clen or eca and its so much more effective. i tend to use it to break through plateaus/ a mini cut usually for 2weeks max and always at a low dose with a good amount of cardio and a decent deficit. i can easily loose ~7 lbs of pure fat a week with this protocol. i personally think that dnp can be used safely however im not a big fan of it. a lot of users are uneducated, impatient or just stupid enough to listen to guys who recommend insane amounts of dnp a day and thats how most of the accidents happen…

the only benefit i felt was that i had less money on my bank account to spend on junkfood. this saved me at least 15k calories so technically, i can say that igf lr3 kept me leaner
