first of all i would go through different rep ranges and not only stick to 6-8 reps on every exercise (esp not when going to failure).
how often do you train each body part / week?
i personally do 9 sets for my big body parts (legs/back/chest) and 3-6 sets for “smaller” ones (delts/tris/bis/traps/abs/glutes/calves/hams) when training them 2x / week.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

if you are on a budget, the bare minimum would be:
5000iu of vitamin D3
vitamin k2 (mk7) 200mcg
2.000mg of EPA/DHA total per day
a good multi vitamin

luke, starting low is always smart but i believe that 250mg a week will shut you down for results that are less than optimal. that’s just my personal opinion though.

in the past i have used this exerise a lot to overload my triceps, i still like it a lot as first triceps exercise.

250 is the lowest i would go. i think 300-400mg a week is probably the sweetspot without overding it.

its a superb carrier, the viscosity is great, i personally love it! however, some people seem to react allergic to it (flu like symptoms, painful irritated injection sites, swelling ect).

i personally think it actually doesn’t really matter.

as far as i know, jordan uses longer esters because they have a higher concentration /ml than shorter ones so he can injecl less total volume. if you pin ed, your blood levels will usually always be stable (except for compounds like tne, test/tren base and injectable orals).e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

they are a great exercise but if you don’t feel them, i personally would cut them out and rotate through different leg curl variations to hit your hamstrings.
