    i drink it in the morning. it has a lot of health benefits.
    for example: it can lower cholesterol, it can help with hunger and cravings, it will lower blood sugar, it can improve digestion, and a lot more…

    than i would drop test down to a cruise dose and evaluate the bloodwork to avoid this oproblem in the future.

    some peoples skin reacts to dairy food. its really person dependant. just give it a try
    i personally think that exfoliating the skin helps alot (at least for me).
    you could use 10-20mg ed for the last weeks of your cycle to prevent a breakout. however i personally would lower the dose to 10 ed or eod after the first 4 weeks.

    it can be beneficial but i personally think its only useful benefit is that it will inprove mind muscle connection.
    did it for delts a few years ago and i got a good carryover to my weight training sessions. def. increased my ability to contract my delts.

    i used to weigh it cooked but since 1 or 2 years i weigh it uncooked. its just more accurate

    if i remember correctly, a couple of studies have shown that hiit released more irisin than liss and thats the reason why hiit can result in more fat loss even though it burns less calories than longer, less intense cardio sessions.

    when you cook meat, it generally looses 20-30% of its weight (depending on the water content of the meat and how long it was cooked).
    i would use this for beef, pork, chicken and Turkey. with fish, it can be different

    is this a contest prep cycle or do you just want to cut?
    how did your previous cycles look like?
    how do you react to the individual compounds?
    how much time do you actually have to prep (if its a contest prep)?
    hows does your current body composition and stats look like.
    how experienced are you?
    are you off/in a cruise/in a blast atm?
    when you talk about “a good time off” do you mean totally off or a cruise?
    why do you want to use test prop?
    how do you personally want to run this compounds?

    starting your push days with shoulder press might be a smart thing to do.
    i would train side delts as oftan as possible. i built my delts with a lot of volume, high frequency and “moderate weight” (which is still fucking hard to lift and will hurt like hell if your form is meticulous). meanwhile i can get good results out of heavier weight because my mind muscle connection has improved so much due to all the volume i did over the last few years. i can immediately connect to my side delt at any given time and i think that should be the goal is you are looking for improving lagging body parts. the better you can contract the muscle, the more damage you can do, the more you will grow.
