as with tren, it depends on the ester. the limit for acetate is around 130/ml, for enanthate its around 220/ml.

i personally would still take NSAIDs for at least a couple of days to keep inflammation down (i personally would use ibuprofen, naproxen or diclofenac). try to massage it, stretch it and treat it with heat. this happened to me a few times with quads and shoulders when i injected them for the first couple of times or after a long period of time without injections. this things can happen…

its hard to pinpoint the problem without more infos.
are you controlling the weight on the eccentric part? are you keeping constant tension on the muscle throughout the whole movement? do you actively try to contract the muscle while doing your exercises or are you just moving weight? can you feel the muscles working while performing your exercises? how much working sets are you doing atm? how does your exercise selection look like?e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i personally would eat my post workout meal first and take the insulin afterwards because a solide meal takes time to eat and to digest. it would be a waste of product if you miss the highest insulin peak because your food isn’t even available for the slin to shuttle into your cells. another benefit of taking the insulin after your meal is that your body will excrete endogenous insulin before the exogenous insulin starts to hit you so you get more bang for your buck.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

apidra is faster. i have tried novorapid, humalog and apidra and i def. like apidra the most. its in and out fast.

i would take my gh 30 mins pre. this way it will peak post workout.
i personally prefer my slin pre workout.
always take it after a meal otherwhise you might miss the insulin peak and on top, you can use less iu since your body will still produce endogenous insulin.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i don’t think that eq can lwoer e2. however… if you would run eq only you might get low e2 readings since eqs aromatization rate is low.

since traps have alot of androgen receptors so i would stick to less androgenic substances so basically compounds that woman would usually tend to use. anavar, primo, eq maybe npp…

once the gyno has formed, you can only cut it out.
if you catch it at a very very early stage (when gyno hasn’t formed yet) you can hammer down e2 and hope for the best. thats what oepole do with letroe-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

Insulin on its own will def. preserve muscle while being off. however, if you are using it without hgh or peptides, chances are good that you will accululate some bodyfat. i don’t really get why you are using the slin to load before your workout if taking it with an intra shake right before your workout is so much more efficient. def. keep dietary fats low 2-3h before and after insulin is doing its job. 3-4x a week is a guideline. if you are very lean you could even use it every day until body composition starts to shift. its the bodyfat that desensitizes your body to insulin. otherwhise, diabetics would have to take more and more insulin every day for the same amount of food because the desensitize.
