agree with blackoutskies. insulin can be very dangerous if you don’t know exactly what you are doing. if you don’t understand the principles of how it works and how to get the most out of it you are risking you life for minimal muscle gain and maximal fat gain.

for me the most important supplement while dieting is caffeine. its cheap and its super effective. i would use creatine year round, not matter if dieting or not.

thats a waste of money and time! once gyno has formed, its permanent.

i personally think that the most important supps are: vitamin k2, vitamin d3, omega 3s and a good multi vitamin.

the main cause for hairloss (beside genetics) is dht.
you can try finasteride/dutasteride in oral or topical form. minxidil does work as well but only as long you keep using it.
try to aviode strong androgens (like tren) and dht derivatives because they will speed up the hair loss process quite a lot.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

i do it like Fabian + i take 5g of taurine to make sure my thyroid keeps working properly. tbh i personally am more a fan of the eca stack to loose fat.

superdrol is double methlyated masteron in oral form. it can’t aromatize. however, dht derivatives reduce SHBG, which can free up estradiol so you can get a rebound effect when you come off! some people claim that superdrol can give you gyno through the progesterone route but as far as i know there is no proof for this theory.

i recently tried m1t. i have tried anadrol and dbol in the past so im able to make a comparison. i used 12.5mg of m1t 45 min pre workout for 14 days on training days only (on top of my regular cycle which is 800mg of test cyp). ive experienced a noticable increase in strength, good pumps in the gym and i looked a lot fuller. i would say that the effects go more in the direction of oxy but i like it more than anadrol because it did not give me the annoying lower back pumps and the high bp. however, it still increased my bp by ~10 Points, gave me a bit of acne on my shoulders and lower back and it negatively impacted on my appetite. its might be an interesting compound for future cycles but atm im done with it.
