think more in terms of training smarter, not harder!
i always lowered volume a bit and tried to keep intensity as high as i could.

i believe the recommended dose is 100mcg of K2 (MK-7).

happened to me quite a few times…
i took some carbs away from other meals and placed them around training.
do you consume carbs intra workout? if not, you should think about addin at least 30g to your intra drink.

josh, just because they get away with it does not mean that this is optimal!
keep in mind, his question was “what’s more beneficial”!

i personally am more a fan of (5-9) & (10-15) because with this principle, you can be sure that you did a lower and a higher volume set. on the 8-12 range, both sets could end up at lets say at 8 and than at 9 reps and for me thats not optimal. i think its smart to work through different rep ranges to optimize your progress.

no it won’t elevate testosterone levels.
its a dht derivative so it will your raise dht levels.
however it will have an impact on your lipids and liver values so i would be careful.

here and there it can be beneficial but i would not do this on every exercise or even every session. goint to failure is stress enought to generate hypertrophy imo!

thats what my statement was about. a lot of people will tell you that short esters will give them less side effects like water retention but in fact its just the more stable plasma levels that reduce side effects. the substance is still the same.

this can happen when hormones spike but it should go away within a week. if it gets worse, i would add in 10-20mg of nolva until sympthoms go away, than add an ai and stop the nolva. usually 0.5mg of adex a week should suffice. def. keep ancillaries on hand!

yes, especially if you don’t have a perfect mind-muscle connection to your back.
however, to achieve a complete look, you need some kind of heavy rowing or pulling movement except if your thickness is very dominant.
i personally build my foundation with deadlifts and heavy rows but since i added pulldown movements, the look of my back really started to change drastically.

the best tip i can give you is to do higher reps and really feel your back working. make it burn!!! back is tricky because its the only big bodypart you can’t see when you are working it. you can’t see the contraction so you have to feel it. if you are not feeling it, your doing shit for back! back is like delts, people tend to use too much weight with shitty form.

take whatever weight you are using right now and reduce it by 20-30%, stay upright, keep your upper body in this position, pull down with your ellbows (not your arms because this will activate your biceps) and hold the contraction at the bottom of the movement for 1 or 2 seconds. than do a 3 seconds eccentric. i promise you, if you do it like this without a form breakdown, you will get wide a fuck.
