my favorite exercises for width are, weighted pullups, lat pulldowns (wide grip), rack chins, close grip lat pulldowns, reverse grip lat pulldowns, and lat pulldowns with the wide MAG-grip.

if hairloss runs in the family, than there is not much you can do.
most of the time, hair loss is cause by dht. but strong androgend (like tren) tend to have the same effect.
what is your current cycle?some of my friends use a finasteride or dutasteride topical gel and some use minoxidil (topical solution).
if its dht related and it really bothers you, you could look into taking finasteride orally but im not a big fan of using it for this purpose.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

in certain cases this can be damn useful. especially after a serious injury.
most of us are able to fix smaller aches and pains but when it comes to severe

nothing beats t3 in terms of effectiveness but there are some things you can do that might improve your thyroid function:
eat more things that contain iodine. iodine is the mineral your thyroid makes T4 and T3 from.
eat things that are rich in zinc and selenium. they are both important for converting T4 into T3.
eat within 30 minutes of rising because if you wait too long to eat this can put your body under stress and the lack of food can trigger the famine response. this stops converting T4 into T3.
try to reduce stress. stress makes your body release cortisol and this causes your thyroid to make less thyroid hormone and also causes T4 to be converted into rT3 not T3. this causes your body thinks it better store fat rather than burn it.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

to be totally honest, i personally have used 12mm slin pins to shoot 30mg of tren a ed for a few weeks and it worked just fine.
i did it ventrogluteal but im sure triceps will work as well. i do not recommend using slin pins for im injections but it def.

i would say it depends on the amount of oil, which head you want to inject and if its gear or SEO. another thing to consider is that there are slin pins with 8 and 12 mm needle length. if you want to hit your lateral head you can’t go super deep anyway and if the amount of oil is minor (0.7ml or less) and the needle length is 12mm than this might be an option imo.

the ester itselfe will not diffrence BUT
injection frequency will (mostly in terms of side effects) and most people base their injection frequency around the halflife of the ester.
i have experienced that shorter esters make me hold less water and give me less side effects in general (compared to a longer ester that is usually injected less frequently). the best example is deca vs npp or test e vs prop. i am very sensitive to estrogen and injecting prop or npp eod makes me hold less water and they won’t increase my e2 to the same extend as deca or test e would do. this is not really ester related but the reason you are choosing a longer ester, is almost all the time based on having to do less frquent injections.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

if your nutrition and training are on point and you can’t make progress anymore than its usually time to increase the dose.
however i would not jump from 500mg a week straight into 750… i would go to 600 mg you can always add more but usually 100 mg jumps will allow you to make good progress again.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
