heat will help increase the blood flow to the area, cold is supposed to help with swelling. both have their own special drawbacks. i personally always used heat when i had problems like this. try to train the area with high reps and light weight, try to get as much blood in there as possible. this will help to dispense the oil and will speed up absorption.

i have used pramiracetam as a standalone and was happy with the results. i started with 600mg (3x 200mg) a day and slowly worked my way up to 1.2g

Fabian you are completely right but estrogen is always present and if you are sensitive to it in the first place than an increase in prolactin can lead to gyno.

i would do at least 2 shots a week. 3 times would be even better.

the hgh molecule itself, has a certain degree of binding affinity for the prolactin receptor. in some cases, this can cause gyno! some people are affected more than others.

fish oil, curcumin and boswellia serrata are great.

you actually can’t compare test-1 DHB to eq since its a 5alpha reduced form. this changes the whole effect of the compound. its more anabolic than test and it acts more DHT-like. however its cool to hear about hands on experience with this exotic compound. i personally don’t know anybody who has ever used DHB. very interesting stuff mate 🙂

i would do bloodowork to check your liver values and CRP first. i personally don’t think that the insulin or gh is causing the problem, more like an allergic reaction to filler or solvant thats in it (but thats just a guess).

i would love to do legs since the are easy to access without having to get into weird positions where you almost start cramping or restrict your breathing but i rather almost suffocate and cramp up than to deal with 3-4 days of pip.
