even with test e, i would pin twice to keep bloodlevels stable so you can keep sides (esp. estrogen related ones) down to a minimun.

dosing will depend on your bodyweight, your tolerance to the drug and its effects/side effects and the severity of your acne. i personally can go up to 50mg a day without getting much side effects at all. some people get bad nose bleeds and joint pain at 30… its very person dependant…i would start low (15-20mg a day) and slowly work my way up in 5-10mg steps until you have reached a dose that you can tolerate. accutane is a vitamin a derivative so always take it with a bit if fat. be aware that your acne will get worse before it gets better!

i actually would start with less than 500mg a week. 300-400mg woulb be smarter imo.

i would wait and see how you look without a diuretic. keep it as an option but don’t think that this is something that you have to use. if you don’t know what you are doing and how your body reacts to this drug you could end up looking worse. you could end up looking very flat.

i personally get the best results from 2 heavy compound lifts and 3 to 4 high volume sets of leg extensions or lunges for quads. for hamstrings i usually do 1 exercise before and 1after quads but i also do deadlift variations on my pull day where they get worked indirectly. i rarely do more than 2 heavy presses for quads but if i do, i usually reduce my working sets from 3 to 2 sets per exercise. my sets are all to failure.

i like to use them for some compound movements aswell (smith squats, machine presses,…). not so much for free barbell or db compound lifts.

the hl of hex should be around 9 days. slightly less than e (with ~10 days).
william, the excess water can usually be fixed with more frequent injections (at least for me). i personally prefer eod shots even with hex and e. i di tge same with test my test and it really helps to keep side effects low for me.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de

years ago, i had the same problem. 3-5 g of taurine 30 minutes pre workout and a pair of wrist wraps fixed it.

i agree with your statement on effectiveness. clen does a great job when it comed to Speed up fatloss. i never experienced any problems with low energy.
you could try to combat your lack of energy with caffeine (as long as your bp allows you to). caffeine is my best friend in a deep caloric deficit 😀 . i also would take 3-5g taurine a day to prevent possible muscle cramps and especially to help with thyroid fuction. the effects and side effects of clen are very dose dependant (at least for me). i personally start at 20mcg a day and won’t go higher than 80 mcg a day. more than 80mcg will give me anxiety issues and insomnia.e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
