    i would run it high but for a shorter period of time.
    i personally have run it as high as 600 crystal for a couple of weeks and fatloss was absolutely ridiculous.
    a low dose will still effect me and will give me the typical side effects but with less effect.

    you are rigth. 100-150mg of test a week should put your e2 in a healthy range without having to use an ai.
    yes, estrogen has to be present, otherwhise igf-1 production will suffer (joint health, cholesterol and a few more things as well).
    you always need estrogen you want to build the most amout of muscle possible no matter if you use tren or not.

    e2 might be a good idea but its no necessity.
    i would not blast again until asat/alat, triglyceride, hdl, ldl and rbc are back in range or at least close to normal.
    the rest should be in range anyway.

    i would start with higher volume (12-15 reps) and a full body split first to get the person used to the movements and to keep heart rate elevated over a longer period of time to burn more calories. once the person got used to the motions (usually after a few weeks) i would start to incorporated multiple rep ranges (6-10 10-12, 12-15 and 20+) and maybe even add in some intensity techniques. after 5 or 6 months yóu should see a good change in body composition and stamina. than i would change the routine to an upper/lower or legs/push/pull split.

    once a muscle is used to frequent injections you will notice less pip but this will take time.

    steven covered all main points. it also really depends on the amount of benzyl alcohol they put in the product and how its made. 2% (or more) of benzyl alcohol will always give you pip. some labs use less and it really makes a big difference so it might be worth to change lab if the pip is really bad.

    trenbolon can increase feeding efficiency. in the past, i have played around with tren quite a lot. i found out that for me, the main factor here is ESTROGEN so the ratio between test (or aromatizing compounds) and tren. on low test (100-150/week) and high tren its really hard for me to gain weight but i get lean, hard and strong vey very fast. on high test and low tren its easy for me to gain weight (like you).

    if you watch the cattle studies, it makes sense. the effects of tren will change with different estrogen levels! thats the reason why they added estradiol to the cattle implants so that the cattles could gain weight with less food and to keep bodyfat up.

    with just one band, you could do various rowing movement. side laterals will work as well and maybe even a good amount of machines.

    true, aggrssion could be dopamine related but i would drop the npp. its a short ester anyway so if the aggrssion is caused by the npp, you should feel better within a few days after your last shot.

    i really like the idea of using reverse bands because they will change the strengthcurve. thats something, only bands and chains can do.
    banded exercises are an awesome tool and i think they are really underrated.
