i would start with 10 mg a day. later on you could increase the dose to 20mg a day if necessary but i found 10mg a day to be sufficient for me.

ive talked to a friend of mine who used to live in saudi arabia and he said that you can just walk into the pharmacy and buy it without any problems, its the same as in thailand. i obviously can’t guarantee anything but i would take the risk. if you want to play it save than just take your stuff with you 🙂

even if its the same substance, ace will hit your system faster so some side effects might be more pronounced with ace.
its the same with deca and npp, for me, deca has a different side effect profile than npp and this is just because of the ester.
another difference between tren e and a is that tren e can be doses up to 250mg/ml. with tren a, the max dose (as far as i know) is around 130mg/ml.

i personally would add carbs intra or post workout. if you are very active on your non training days you could add some carbs or healthy fats on non training days instead but i would always prefer to add them peri workout.

i still would only take a few hundred mg of test with me and buy the rest in saudi arabia straight from the pharmacy…

you don’t have to eat them. i would always prefer a solid meal over cereals. i only eat them when calories get realy high and my appetite goes to shit, otherwhise i stick to bro food

1 heavy shoulder press movement (bd or bb), 1 very very heavy slr movement with perfect form and than a shitload of volume. i often do 15 reps, 10 sek break, 14 reps, 10 sek break, … down to 10 reps and thats 1 set, i usually do 3 of those and than im unable to lift up my arms for at least 30-45 minutes. 😀e-mail: avatarderboss@hotmail.de
