MemberOctober 26, 2017 at 10:10 am in reply to: drop sets/metabolic work for hypertrophyit depends on your muscle fiber distribution and this totally varies from person to person. some of your bodyparts might have more red fibers and some might have more white ones so some might respond better to high volume (like dropsets and supersets) and some more to low volume. sadly, i can’t give you an exact answer… thats something you have to find out for yourself. what i can tell you is that if you use both, low and high rep sets, you will probably have more success growing a bigger and stronger muscle so train in many different rep ranges to maximally stimulate both muscle fiber types.

i consume up to 600 mg of caffeine a day depending on my stress levels and how beat up i feel. on and after leg days my caffeine consumption is usually in the 300-400mg range, on the other days it can be between 0 and 300mg a day. when im dieting i sometimes push up to 600 every day but thats only towards the final weeks… and it never affected my sleep at all.

like jdh already said, nandrolone will increase your bone density. Hgh and everything that increase your hgh secretion (like ghrps and ghrhs) will be beneficial. you could also look into using knitbone. i know a lot of people who had great success with it.

always store your cartridges in the fridge!! if you take a loaded slin pin with you, you can store it at room temperature throughout the day.
i usually take an insulin thermal case with me because im using peptides as well and they have to be stored at 2-8°.

as a rule of thumb, i would use mechanical tension as my main tool to build the foundation and things like metabolic stress at the end of your training just to cover all pathways of building muscle. mechanical tension with progressive overload will always be your most effective tool to build muscle!since you asked specifically about delts, i assume that, so far, they have responded well to “metabolic stress”. the thing with side delts is that 90% of the people use more weight than they can handle and end up using every muscle possible, except their side delts. if you use tools like metabolic stress, the weight has to be light(er) and all of a sudden, you are isolating the delt and you see progress. i don’t think its particularly the metabolic stress that is the key factor in delt growth, its more the fact that you will actually use more of your delt while try to accomplish hypertrophy via metabolic stress (just my opinion)

i did 100mg test cyp/week for the last 12 weeks while being in a deficit most of the time (probably 9 weeks). could hold on to my strength an i lost a good amount of bodyfat.

there is no replacement, the only way to reduce dht without messing with dhn is dropping out the deca.
now, what we don’t know is how much dhn will affect your hairline in comparison to dht.
if you are lucky and dhn won’t affect you much, than you can use duta or fina but if you are prone to

on test only, this duta and fina will reduce hair loss but in conbination with 19nors it can make things worse SO BE CAREFUL!!!

i usually take around 30g of protein intra. when using insulin (5-10iu pre), i would bump it up to 45-50g.

another useful compound for post cycle is GW 1516 (cardarine). its a PPARδ receptor agonist and NOT A SARM so its non suppressive but will def. help you retain muscle mass!!!
